Voters, particularly for telephone purposes. The invention relates to voters, in particular for telephone purposes, with fixed and movable contact organs arranged on the Ko @ ntakthank, one of which is to incoming and:
the other are intended to be connected to outgoing lines and which are brought into contact with one another by the switching elements of the digger when they are adjusted parallel to the levels of the contact organs.
Compared to voters with sliding arms as movable contact door elements, voters with fixed and movable contact elements mounted on the contact bank offer:
the advantage that they allow the use of high-quality artificial contacts, since the switching elements of the selector do not carry out any grinding movements at the contact points,
but actuate the moveable gontakterorgane like a relay contact by pressing on the assigned fixed contactor. Also: are not movable power supply lines, for the switching elements:
of the voter -required, since these only bring those assigned to one another into contact with one another.
The invention consists in the fact that the movable contact elements of the bank are made of spring amels with two contact points which then assume such a position with respect to one another "that!:
the: Scbaltglie: d when he touches the spring lamellae first presses one contact point against a fixed counter-contact element before both contact points come into contact with it,
- With the movable contact members under the action of the switching element at the beginning and at the end of each switching process a tilting movement about their longitudinal mechanism.
A particularly expedient arrangement of the movable contact springs is to form a counter-bearing: through the carrier of the fixed gontakto @ organs, with such a narrow spacing of these carriers from one another that the movable contact organs supported on them with pretension do not have their elastic limit can be bent.
At the same time it is possible, please include to keep the overall height of the contact bank low, with good protection of the movable contact elements in the spaces created by the counter bearings against dust.
An embodiment example of the invention is illustrated in more detail with reference to the drawing. There are therein in Figs. 1 and 2, two embodiments of particularly suitable movable contact springs with their switching element in plan view illustrated.
Fig. 3 shows the pressing process of a Wälhlerschaltelements springs in its various positions to one of the movable contact.
Fig. 4 ste = llt a front view of another embodiment of the movable contact springs with their associated cylinder-shaped switching element.
Fig. 5 is an embodiment of a contact bank of a rotary dial with some switching parts of the selector ge see from above, and Fig. 6 shows a larger scale than in Fig. 5, a part of the Kontraktbank of Fig. 5 in side view.
The contact springs 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawing have two contact points, for. Both springs are designed to be narrower at their clamping point than at their point carrying the contacts; the two contacts are 2. at this point as far as possible to the outside. The achieved through this training @@: rirhu ng is explained in more detail using the embodiment of FIG.
The switching element 3 is in this Ausfüh approximate example in. The part with - # v elehem it comes into contact with the movable contact springs, roof-shaped, that is, it has an up and a drainage surface on this part.
Before the movable contact spring 1 is reached, it becomes its: Fixed mating contact 4:
the position I of FIG. 3, in which their contact points 2 are not in contact with their mating contact 4. However, as soon as the switching element 3 has reached the position 1I of FIG. 3 when it is adjusted in the direction of the arrow,
the spring 1 tilts about its longitudinal axis as a result of the laterally acting pressure forces of the switching element, whereby it holds such an inclined position,
that initially only one contact 2 comes into contact with the fixed contact plate 4. As the Sehaltgli noble 3 continues, the contact fiber 1 is brought out of its inclined position so that the other contact point 2 also touches the fixed counter contact 4 (position III, FIG. 3).
The pressure point of the switching element 3 is now approximately in the middle between the two contact points, which causes both contact points to rest.
The wider design of the spring at its point carrying the contacts than at its clamping point increases the reliability of the contact closure because, on the one hand, the external torque P.
a is the greater, the greater the distance 2a between the two contacts, and on the other hand, the flexibility of the spring increases as the base width decreases. Shortly before the switching element 3 expires from the leaf spring 1, the latter is brought back into an inclined position (position IV, FIG. 3), which results in an opening of the first closed contact, whereupon the spring 1 then resumes its position.
In order to achieve the above-described WirhLingsweise on the contact points 2 of the movable contact springs 1, the springs 1 can also open or close themselves at the point at which they come into and out of contact with the switching element 3. Drainage surface, e.g. B. a bevel or Kröpfun, g he keep, as z.
B. in Fig. 4 of the drawing is now shown.
In order to compensate for inaccuracies in the La-e -the contact springs to the switching element arising during manufacture or due to other causes, this is preferably designed to be somewhat resilient, so that jamming of the connecting element 3 on the springs. 1 is avoided in its passage.
In FIGS. 5 and 6, the implementation of the invention on a contact bank for rotary dials is shown.
The movable contact springs 1 are united in vertical and horizontal rows with the fixed contacts separated from them by insulating interlayers.
The fixed mating contacts are narrow BIa, eohis bmmen @@ o 5 arranged in the area of the contact points 2 of the movable contact springs 1, which extend and carry current over the entire width of the contact bank of each horizontal row of movable contact springs. They are held in their position in relation to the movable contact springs 1 by carriers 6 made of insulating material and laminated into the bench.
These carriers extend as far as the contact points of the movable contact springs, but whose free end protrudes beyond the segments 5 for the purpose of actuating the contact springs by the switching elements 3.
With this arrangement, the support plates 6 of the fixed contacts simultaneously form: a counter-bearing for the contact springs that are movable with preload.
Intermediate positions that adversely affect the overall height of the bench are avoided and the springs are well protected against bending beyond the elastic limit as a result of the narrow spaces between: the counter bearings and: less sensitive to dust.
The distances between the individual contact springs 1 in relation to one another in the vertical rows of the bank can be kept very small if appropriately designed switching elements 3 are used, without the contact sheave being bridged. These switching elements are: on one, in fact:
amen carrier 7, which is arranged in a manner not shown on the voter axis 8, attached. For each of the contact groups consisting of a number of horizontal rows of contacts, the bank, such a sliding member 3 is provided here in the usual manner, the part of which acting on the contact springs 1 is expediently the same as that shown in FIGS.
Visible cross-section: has, but can also be of a different training.
After setting the switching elements 3 to a specific row of contacts of the bank, the rotary adjustment then takes place in the usual white, with the switching elements 3, as already @beslchmieben,
With each turning step, the grain bars 2 of another of the movable contact springs 1 of the selected row press against the common fixed mating contact 5.
The invention can of course also be used for rotary selectors as well as for selectors with a flat contact bank, that is to say with a straight adjustment movement of the switching element, with the advantage: Furthermore, instead of:
continuous contact strips for: the fixed Konrftaktorglane individual springs; are used, which like the movable: contact springs are provided with two contact points.
