Description

  

  Schachtel für Ampullen.    Gegenstand     vorliegender    Erfindung ist  eine Schachtel für Ampullen.  



  Zweckvorliegender Erfindung besteht darin,  eine Schachtel zu     schaffen,    die in weit  gehendem Masse mit den üblichen Maschinen  hergestellt werden kann, die also zur Fertig  stellung wenig Handarbeit benötigt. Dieser  Zweck wird gemäss vorliegender Erfindung  dadurch erreicht, dass in einer     Kartonhülle,     die durch Faltlappen zu schliessen ist, ein  Schieber gleitbar angeordnet ist, der am  untern Ende zur Aufnahme je einer Ampulle  bestimmte Zellen aufweist, während das  obere Ende mit einem über die Ampullen  zu legenden Lappen versehen ist. In der  Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel schema  tisch dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt die geschlossene Schachtel  im Schaubild,       Fig.    2 zeigt im grösseren     Massstab    die  offene Schachtel.,       Fig.    3 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch die  Schachtel.    <B>6</B>  Die gezeichnete Schachtel weist eine  Hülle 1 von prismatischer Grundform auf.  Auf einer Schmalseite der     Hülle    sind Lap  pen 2, 3, 4 vorhanden. Der Lappen 4 besitzt  eine Zunge 5, welche in geschlossenem Zu  stand der Schachtel in diese hineingelegt ist.       In    der Hülle 1 ist ein Schieber 6 gleitbar  angeordnet. Dieser weist am untern Ende  Zellen 7 auf, von denen jede eine     Ampulle     aufnehmen kann.

   Die Innenwände jeder Zelle  sind mit in Wellen gelegtem Papier bekleidet.  Am Schieber 6 ist ein Lappen 8 und ein  Lappen 9     angefalzt.    Im offenen Zustand der  Schachtel bei hochgezogenem Schieber ruht  der Lappen 8 auf der obern     gante    der  Vorderwand 10 der     Hülle    1 und hält damit  die     Ampullen        in    einer Lage, in der sie leicht  erfasst werden     können.    Der Lappen 9 ist  ebenfalls mit     Wellpapier    11 belegt.

   Bei ge  schlossener Schachtel liegt der Lappen 9 mit  dem Belag 11 etwas über den     Ampullen-          spitzen.    Die     Ampullen    sind also bei ge  schlossener Schachtel gegen Druck von aussen  usw. gesichert.      Die Schachtel kann aus beliebig     starkem     Karton hergestellt werden.

   When the box is closed, the flap 9 with the coating 11 lies slightly over the tips of the ampoule. The ampoules are therefore secured against external pressure etc. when the box is closed. The box can be made from cardboard of any thickness.
