Formpresse zur Herstellung Ton Schuhen mit einem Boden aus Gummi.
Im. Hauptpatent wurde eine Formpresse zur Herstellung von aus Textilstoffen und einem Boden aus Gummi bestehenden Schuhen besehrieben. Mit einem Formkasten, wel- cher den aus Metall bestehenden, in Form eines Leistens ausgebildeten, aus einem Stüek bestehenden PreBfuss umgibt, sind auswech- selbare Pre¯teile verbunden, deren PreBflächen zwecks Formens des Sohlen-und Absatzumfanges und des erh¯hten Randbesatzes entsprechend profiliert sind. Zwischen diese PreBteile dringt ein Pressbeil ein, der zwecks Formens der untern SohlenflÏche entsprechend profiliert ist.
Ferner sind die erstge- nannten Pre¯teile auf dem ganzen Innenumfang der Pressfläehen mit Dichtungsleisten versehen, welche beim Pressen dicht an dem auf den Pressfuss auf gezogenen Schuhober- teil anliegen und dadurch ein. Entweichen des aufgeweiehten Gummis aus dem PreBraum verhindern.
Die so ausgebildete Formpresse kann, wie ersichtlich, erfolgreich nur verwendet werden, wenn das den Oberteil bildende Material gen gend elastisch ist, damit der Oberteil auf den ungeteilten Pressfuss fest aufgezogen werden kann, ohne da¯ damit die Gefahr eines Reissens oder einer dauerndeu Dehnung des Materials verbunden ist. Für Sehuhe, deren Oberteil aus festerem und unnachgiebigerem Material als Textilstaff, wie Leder, bestehen soll, verursaeht die Anwendung der beschrie- benen Form mit dem ungeteilten Pre¯fu¯ Schwierigkeiten.
Das vorliegende Zusatzpatent betrifft eine Vervollkommnung. der im Hauptpatent geschützten Formpresse, welche die erwähnte Schwierigkeit'dadurch beseitigt, dass zum Zwecke des leiahteren Aufspannens des Oberteils auf'denPressfussdiesereineaufsehwenk- bare Ferse besitzt, durch deren Aufschwenken die Aufschieib. elä. nge des Fusses verkürzt wi, rd und welche den Oberteil bei ihrer Riickbe- wegung in die dem Umriss des Fusses entsprechende Lage spannt. Zweckmässig ist die Ferse des Pre¯fu¯es in dieser Lage gesperrt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in beiliegender Zeichnung veranschaulicht, welche den Pressfuss allein in Seitenansicht zei, gt, ssrährend die Formpresse selbst, die dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Ausf hrungsbeispiel entspricht, hier nicht da. rgestellt ist.
Der in Form des Leistens ausgebildete Pressfuss l ist gegossen und besitzt unten einen Soekel 5, der den Pressdruck überträgt.
Die beiden Endflächen des Soekels sind genau bearbeitet zwecks Zentrierung des Fu¯es in der Form in der Querriehtung. Ferner besitzb der Sockel zwei Bohrungen 7, die zur Zentrierung des Fu¯es in der Längsrichtung dienen, und einen Angu¯ 9, der gleichfalls bearbeitete Flächen 10 besitzt, mittels welchen der FuB in den beiden Formhälften in der lotrechten Ebene zentriert wird.
Zum Unterschied von dem Ausführungs- beispiel des Hauptpa. t-entes mit nicht geteiltem Pressfuss f r die Herstellung von Schuhen mit Textil-Oberteil, z. B. Sportschuhen und Hausschuhen, besitzt hier die Pressein- lage für die Herstellung von Schuhen mit Leder und ähnlichem Oberteil, sogenannte Mo- kassin, eine aufschwenkbare Ferse 16, die um den Zapfen 18 des Scharniers 17 drehbar ist.
Diese Einrichtung ist notwendig, um das Aufspannen des steifen Lederoberteils auf den Fu¯ zu erleichtern, Durch das Aufschwanken der Ferse 16 in die strichlierte Lage wird die Lä. nge des Fusses 1 auf die Lange 11 verkürzt, der Oberteil aus Leder kann damit bequem aufgezogen werden.
Durch Niederdr cken der Ferse in die ursprungliche Lage wird der Oberteil gut gespannt. In der untern Lage wird die Ferse mittels des Stiftes 19 gesichert, der durch die Feder 20 in eine Bohrung der Ferse gedrtiekt wird. Die L¯sung der Ferse erfolgt durch Eindr cken des Knopfes 21 und des Stiftes 19 gegen den Druck der Feder 20. Die Press- form, welche den beschriebenen Fuss und den Presskolben umgibt, ist in der gleichen Weise wie beim Beispiel im Hauptpatent ausgeführt.
