An Hand der Zeichnung werden Durch führungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens erläutert, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 das Kopfstück einer Tube mit einem. Randansatz, der ,auf ,den passend ge drehten Ansatz des Wickeldornes aufgesetzt ist, Fig. 2 eine fertige Tube teilweise in An sicht und Längsschnitt; Fig. 3 ist ein Querschnitt :durch den Randansatz des Kopfstückes;
Um einen glatten Übergang des An fanges der Wicklung zu erreichen, kann die aufzuwickelnde Folienbahn gemäss Fig. 3 mit dem Rand, an dem ,die Wicklung be ginnt, in eine axiale Ausnehmung 7 des Kopfstückes eingelegt werden. 8 bedeutet eine Lochreihe in .der Wickelbahn zur Er- leichterung des Anklebens der Wicklung- 9 ist ein aufka-schiertes Papierblatt;
Process for the production of tubes. For the production of tubes, it is already known to wrap the tube body in the form of a hose. A head piece that has been manufactured for itself is then inserted into the tube hose in a special operation.
In contrast, according to the inven tion for the production of tubes with a wound tube body and hereby verbun denem head piece, the winding track on the winding mandrel, on: whose approach the head piece is placed flush, and at the same time wound directly onto the edge approach of the head piece in the final position and glued to this.
In order to improve the adhesive connection, the winding edge at which the winding begins is advantageously inserted into a recess in the headpiece, the edge of which can be provided with a roughened surface. The winding path can, for. B. consist of metallic or plastic foil, wherein the metallic foil can be provided with a layer of paper which reduces the crease. Painted or unpainted foils can be processed.
If the inner layer is lacquered, it is advisable to choose the lacquer layer so that it can be dissolved by the adhesive used. The adhesive connection can be facilitated by perforations in the winding path.
In another implementation example of the method, the head piece is produced without a removal opening.
Using the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the method according to the invention are explained, specifically showing: FIG. 1 the head piece of a tube with a. Edge approach, which is placed on the matching ge rotated approach of the winding mandrel, Fig. 2 shows a finished tube partially in view and longitudinal section; Fig. 3 is a cross-section through the rim of the head piece;
Fig. 4 shows a winding web with a laminated paper sheet, Fix. 5 shows a non-metal foil that is cased on in an offset manner; and FIG. 6 shows a two-layer lamination. The head piece according to FIG. 1 has an edge approach 1, on which a winding path is brought up to the training .des tube jacket 2. The web to be wound is placed directly on the outer circumference of the edge! 1, which is coated with glue.
The headpiece is previously flush on the shown in Fig. 1 dash-dot benefits. Winding mandrel has been put on, so that a simultaneous and even placement on the mandrel and the head piece is possible, whereby at 4 the firm adhesive connection between the head piece and tube jacket is formed. The lower edge 5 of the head piece. is conveniently slightly rounded on the inside.
In order to achieve a smooth transition from the beginning of the winding, the film web to be wound can be inserted into an axial recess 7 of the head piece according to FIG. 3 with the edge at which the winding begins. 8 denotes a row of holes in the winding path to make it easier to stick the winding on; 9 is a sheet of paper which is laminated on;
such an arrangement can be offset according to FIG. 5, so that an edge strip 10 remains free of lamination. The winding then begins at the edge opposite the edge strip 10, whereby the adhesion and the smooth transition in the winding layers is improved.
The winding path according to FIG. 6 has, for. B. a metal foil 11, where aluminum, tin, zinc or other foils can come into consideration men. This is then followed by an appropriately sized non-metal foil 12, which is laminated, and on the foil 12 is a correspondingly sized coating 13 with further offset. It can also be the loading 13 z. B. made of tin and form the innermost layer. The lamination foils consist of paper, plastic films, cellulose, depending on the purpose of the tubes.
During winding, the wound web hits the shoulder 3 of the head piece and here also forms a smooth transition to the shoulder of the chest. During winding, the individual winding layers are also glued to one another at the same time.
The roughened surface of the edge approach 1 improves the adhesive bond. The lamination of metal foil with non-metal foils saves metal foil. In addition, the wrinkling of the film is significantly reduced, which improves the appearance of the tubes even when processing very weak metal film. The lacquer coating on the inner wall protects the tube filling and the tube wall against attack by sharp substances. If the Laeksehicht is used at the same time for gluing, the adhesive contains a solvent for the paint layer.
The offset from one another laminated winding blanks made of different materials make the transition at the beginning and end of the winding smoother. By painting the inner wall of the tube, any pores in a particularly thin metal foil are securely closed at the same time.
