Description

  

  Procédé de fabrication d'un balancier, et balancier fabriqué selon ce procédé.    La présente invention a pour objet un  procédé de fabrication d'un balancier. Ce  procédé est     caractérisé    par le fait que, en vue  du réglage de son rayon de giration, on pra  tique sur la serge au moins une incision de  manière à délimiter dans son corps au moins  une masse rattachée à la serge par une par  tie     déformable    de force, mais non par la force  centrifuge.  



  L'invention a aussi pour objet un balan  cier     obtenu    au moyen de ce procédé.  



  Le dessin représente, à titre d'exemple,  en plan et schématiquement trois formes  d'exécution du balancier suivant l'invention,  et dont la serge porte des groupes d'incisions  pratiquées symétriquement aux extrémités  d'un même diamètre.  



  La     fig.    1 est une vue d'ensemble de la  première forme d'exécution et les     fig.    21 et 3  représentent chacune un détail des deuxième  et troisième formes d'exécution. Dans ces  figures, 1 désigne un balancier dont 2 est la  serge. Perpendiculairement à son plan sont  pratiquées des incisions 3 et<B>1</B> (fi-.<B>1), 5</B> et    6     (fig.    2), et 7 et 8     (fig.        $),    délimitant dans  la serge des masses 9, respectivement 10 et  11, rattachées chacune au corps de la serge  par une partie rétrécie     12.,    13 et 14.  



  La     répartition,    sur le pourtour de la  serge, de ces     incisions    peut être quelconque  ou, au contraire, équidistante.  



  Le réglage du rayon de giration du ba  lancier de la     fig.    1 se fait en agissant     radia-          lement,    avec une     brucelle,    par exemple, sur  les masses 9, disposées symétriquement sur  le même diamètre, ce qui, grâce au fait  que les parties rétrécies     l'2    peuvent être dé  formées à volonté, permet de rapprocher ou  d'éloigner de l'axe du balancier les masses 9  sans devoir craindre que leur     position    change  à moins d'une nouvelle intervention voulue  du régleur.  



  Le réglage des autres formes d'exécution  se fait de la même manière. Ce réglage mo  difie le rayon de giration du balancier.  



  L'expérience montre que le balancier fa  briqué selon ce procédé permet de réaliser      des réglages de la marche d'une montre avec  une précision et une sûreté remarquables.

  Fig. 1 is an overall view of the first embodiment and FIGS. 21 and 3 each show a detail of the second and third embodiments. In these figures, 1 designates a balance of which 2 is the serge. Perpendicular to its plane are made incisions 3 and <B> 1 </B> (fi. <B> 1), 5 </B> and 6 (fig. 2), and 7 and 8 (fig. $) , delimiting in the rim of masses 9, respectively 10 and 11, each attached to the body of the rim by a narrowed part 12, 13 and 14.



  The distribution, on the periphery of the serge, of these incisions can be any or, on the contrary, equidistant.



  The adjustment of the radius of gyration of the beam in fig. 1 is done by acting radially, with a tweezer, for example, on the masses 9, arranged symmetrically on the same diameter, which, thanks to the fact that the narrowed parts l'2 can be deformed at will, makes it possible to bring the masses 9 closer to or away from the axis of the balance without having to fear that their position will change unless there is a further desired intervention by the adjuster.



  The adjustment of the other embodiments is done in the same way. This adjustment modifies the radius of gyration of the balance.



  Experience shows that the balance made according to this process makes it possible to adjust the rate of a watch with remarkable precision and safety.
