Description

  

  Couponzange für Rationierungsmarken.    Die Praxis hat gezeigt, dass bei der Ein  lösung der Rationierungsmarken das manuelle  Abtrennen der Coupons von der Rationie  rungskarte Nachteile verschiedener Natur     in     sich birgt.  



  Die vorliegende Erfindung gestattet nun  mehr, die Coupons auf     mechanischem    Wege  abzutrennen. Die Coupons werden nicht mehr  deformiert oder gar     zerrissen,    dem bei manuel  ler Abtrennung die oft ungleiche Perforation  Vorschub leistet.  



  In der     Zeichnung    ist eine     beispielsweise     Ausführungsform des     Erfindungsgegenstan-          des    dargestellt, und zwar zeigen     Fig.    1 einen  Längsschnitt und     Fig.    2 und 3 einzelne Teile  desselben. Die beiden Schenkel<I>a</I> und<I>b</I>     sind     im Drehpunkt c miteinander verbunden. Der  Anschlag d verhindert ein allzu weites Off  nen der Zange, das durch Federdruck unter  stützt wird. Um ein seitliches Spiel der  Schenkel zu     verhindern,        ist    eine Führung e  eingebaut, die ebenso gut noch als Anschlag  ausgebildet sein könnte.

   Am vordern Ende    des Schenkels<I>a</I> befindet sich ein Stempel<I>f,</I>  welcher beim Schliessen der Zange in ein am  Schenkel     b    befestigtes Gegenstück gedrückt  wird und so das Abtrennen je eines Coupons  bewerkstelligt. Um ein gleichmässiges Schnei  den zu gewährleisten, ist die Schneidefläche  des Stempels     f    in einer Richtung geneigt, in  der     andern    gebogen ausgebildet.

       Ein    vorste  hender Niet h auf der Schneidefläche des  Stempels verhindert das Entstehen     eines    Va  kuums     zwischen    Coupon und Schneidefläche,  so dass der Coupon reibungslos durch das       Unterteil    g     hindurch-    und ausgestossen wird.  Die Distanz zwischen Stempel und Führung  entspricht der halben Höhe einer Rationie  rungskarte. Es sei noch bemerkt, dass der die  beiden Schenkel verbindende und den Hebel  druck aufnehmende Drehpunkt     c    ebenso an  einer andern Stelle der Schenkel mit dem  selben Erfolg sich befinden könnte.

   Die  Zange kann an einem     Ring    i. der in der Nähe  des     Drehpunktes    c angebracht ist, aufgehängt  werden.

  The present invention now allows more to separate the coupons by mechanical means. The coupons are no longer deformed or even torn, which is encouraged by the often uneven perforation when manually detached.



  The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely, FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section and FIGS. 2 and 3 show individual parts of the same. The two legs <I> a </I> and <I> b </I> are connected to one another at pivot point c. The stop d prevents the pliers from opening too far, which is supported by spring pressure. In order to prevent lateral play of the legs, a guide e is installed, which could just as easily be designed as a stop.

   At the front end of the limb <I> a </I> there is a stamp <I> f, </I> which, when the pliers are closed, is pressed into a counterpart attached to the limb b, thereby separating each coupon. In order to ensure even cutting, the cutting surface of the punch f is inclined in one direction and curved in the other.

       A protruding rivet h on the cutting surface of the punch prevents the formation of a vacuum between the coupon and the cutting surface, so that the coupon is smoothly pushed through and ejected through the lower part g. The distance between the stamp and the guide is half the height of a ration card. It should also be noted that the pivot point c connecting the two legs and absorbing pressure on the lever could also be located at another point on the legs with the same success.

   The pliers can be attached to a ring i. which is attached near the pivot point c.

PATENT CLAIM: Coupon pliers for rationing stamps, characterized in that a cutting edge is attached to the end of two articulated legs so that coupons can be mechanically separated by moving the two levers against each other from an interposed rationing card. SUBClaims 1. Coupon pliers according to claim, characterized in that the cutting surface of the cutting device is inclined in one direction and curved in the other.

Coupon pliers according to patent claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that at least one elevation is attached to the cutting surface in order to prevent the creation of a vacuum between the surface and the coupon. 3. Coupon pliers "according to patent claim, characterized in that, in addition to the joint point, an additional guide for the legs to be moved against each other is formed. 4. Coupon pliers according to claim and dependent claim 3, characterized in that the additional guide is designed as a stop 5.
