Additional patent to the main patent No. 222324. Hollow bodies for liquids or gases of high temperature. The invention applies to a hollow body for liquids or gases of high tempera ture with one of the high temperature of the liquid b, ezw. exposed to the gas inside. and (an outer jacket that absorbs the pressure of the liquid or gas.
The invention consists in that between the inner jacket and the outer jacket, the high insulation material is encased in a perforated sheet which is impervious to insulation material.
The envelope can be divided in length and firmly connected at both ends to the inner jacket, while the two facing ends of the envelope parts overlap, for the purpose that the inner jacket can expand under the influence of the high temperature and nevertheless: there is always a coherent termination of the insulating material.
The envelope can also be centered between the ends connected to the inner jacket at at least one point against the Innenman tel. An exemplary embodiment of the invention - subject is shown isichematically in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows as a hollow body 41e one half of a pipe section in section. Fig. 2 shows the pipe section in the view, but without the pressure-absorbing outer jacket. Fig. 3 .shows a cross-section through the raw material on the lTberlappungsistedle, the envelope.
The inner pipe jacket. 2 is covered with an insulating compound 3 and this in turn with a finely perforated sheet metal consisting of the pipe parts 4 and 4 'undureMiässgen for the insulating material. The two enveloping sheet metal tubes 4 and 4 ′ are secured against the inner tube 2 by a support 5.
centered. This support 5 consists of a; Wire that is attached to the inner tube 2 at some points by means of cross bars 6.
The casing, divided in length, is paus (the perforated sheet metal tubes 4 and 4 '.
firmly connected at both ends in a manner not shown with the inner tube 2, while rend the two facing ends 10 and 11 of the sheet metal tubes 4 'and 4 over lia pen. As a result, the inner tube 2 can expand freely under the influence of the high temperature of the medium flowing through, regardless. always - a coherent closure, the insulating material is available.
Another connection of the enveloping the lacquered sheet metal pipes 4 and 4 'with the Innenmohr 2 is by means of a conical jacket 8 attached to the inner pipe 2, which is provided with a pipe collar 7, it is enough.
The pipe collars 7 can be welded to the perforated sheet metal pipes 4, 4 '; however, they can only envelop the latter.
The outer jacket 1, which absorbs the pressure of the flowing medium (liquid or gas), is insulated in the usual way. The space between inner jacket 2 and outer jacket 1 is connected to the inside of the pipe in white, not shown, since the same pressure prevails on both sides of the inner jacket 2.
When the pipe is made, the space between the inner pipe 2 and an auxiliary jacket is stuffed with an insulating compound and, after the auxiliary jacket has been removed, this is covered with the perforated sheet metal pipes 4 and 4 '.
If the pressure drops suddenly, the insulation cannot be destroyed because the "perforated sheet metal casing" leaves a large part of the upper surface of the insulation exposed and the holes 9 are so small that no parts of the insulation can be torn out.
