Description

  

  Ringbuch.    Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung, die sich  auf ein Ringbuch mit abwechselnd überein  andergreifenden und an einem     scharnierarti-          gen    Rücken befestigten Ringteilen bezieht,  sind die Ringteile an zwei     verriegelbaren    und  im verriegelten Zustand in einer Ebene lie  genden, flachen Rückenhälften festgemacht.  



  Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan  des, und zwar stellen     Fig.    1 und 2 Aufriss       und        Grundriss    des     scharnierartigen    Rückens  1, 1 mit den Ringteilen 2, die abwechselnd  übereinander greifen, dar.     Fig.    3 zeigt die  beiden flachen Rückenhälften, welche die  gleiche Form besitzen.     Fig.    4 zeigt den Mit  telteil des Buches in Gebrauchsstellung, wäh  rend     Fig.    5 und 6 das Buch geschlossen       bezw.    in der     Einfüllstellung    zeigen.  



       Fig.    7 und 7a zeigen die     Verriegelungs-          einrichtung    des Buchrückens, und zwar in  Seitenansicht. Diese Einrichtung besteht aus  um den Punkt 3 über die Rückenhälften  schwenkbaren,     U-förmigen    Klammern 4       (Fig.    7) und 4'     (Fig.    7a).

   Die beiden Klam  mern 4, 4' sorgen für das     Geschlossen-    und  Flachhalten des     Rückens.    Die Klammer 4     ist       in     ihrer        Schliesslage        (Fig.    2 und 7) arretiert,  indem sie dann mit dem abgebogenen Rand 5  in eine Nut des Rückens 1 einschnappt.  



  Bei diesem Ringbuch     liegen    .die     Blätter          praktisch    flach. Dabei ist das     beschriebene     und     dargestellte    Buch infolge der grossen  Zahl der angewendeten Ringe den Büchern  mit nur zwei oder vier Ringen bedeutend  überlegen.

       7 and 7a show the locking device of the book spine, specifically in side view. This device consists of U-shaped brackets 4 (Fig. 7) and 4 '(Fig. 7a) which can be pivoted about point 3 over the back halves.

   The two clamps 4, 4 'ensure that the back is kept closed and flat. The clamp 4 is locked in its closed position (FIGS. 2 and 7) by then snapping into a groove in the back 1 with the bent edge 5.



  The sheets of this ring binder are practically flat. Because of the large number of rings used, the book described and illustrated is significantly superior to books with only two or four rings.

PATENT CLAIM: Ring binder with alternately overlapping ring parts and fastened to a hinge-like back, characterized in that the ring parts are fastened to two lockable and flat back halves lying in one plane in the locked state.
