Zugregler.
bei Kochher- dem) ausser Funktion setzen zu können bezw. geschlossen zu .halten, ist eine Feststellvor- richtung 13 angebracht;
so dass letztere auch im ganz geöffneten Zustand nicht in den freien Kaminquerschnitt hineinragt. Der Blechrahmen 1 ist mittels Auflap- pungen fest im Mauerwerk verankert;
Draft regulator. The present invention relates to a draft regulator and aims at the automatic determination of a specific and required draft strength in a furnace.
The regulator is characterized in that it has a rotatably mounted flap built into a side opening of the smoke evacuation duct, on which the slide can be inserted and locked. that: the axis of rotation of the flap is dm distance from:
3/7 of the flap length is from the lower end of the flap. Appropriately, the movements of the flap in both directions are provided limiting stops.
As a result, a not inconsiderable saving of coal can be achieved in many cases: this is all the more so than z. B. each chimney before E: inbaw of the regulator is examined by means of the draft meter; in the remainder can be with the controller z. B .. create a reliably functioning ventilation system for the Keseellok.a: l. The drawing shows two execution examples of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 shows the first example in a Teilansoht and Fig. 2 the same built in a chimney, in section along the line II II of FIG.
Fig. 3 and 4 show corresponding Dar positions of a further embodiment. The in Fig. 1 and 2: drawn regulator has a frame 1: the .in a corre sponding side opening of the Kamu wall 2 is built.
The flap 3 is rotatably mounted by means of pins 4, which are riveted to the left and right of the flap, in an upwards and backwards incline: slots 5: of the frame 1 and is supported by its own weight in these slots held. The rotating eye, which is determined by the two pegs 4, is at a distance of .3 (7 of the length of the flap from the lower end of the flap.
As every firing unit is known to require a certain draft, which varies between 1.5 and 8 mm water column - the chimney draft is higher in most cases - a corresponding adjustment option must be available. For this purpose, flap 3 a slide 6 is arranged.
Under the axis of rotation, a plate 7 is attached to the rear of the flap 3, while the movable slide 6 is placed on the front side, which extends over the entire width of the flap. It is guided on the flap 3 through slots 8 and 9 rivets. By means of a fine-threaded bolt 11 provided with an adjusting head 10, the slide 6 can be adjusted by fractions of a millimeter.
By adjusting the head 10, the desired tensile strength can be fixed according to the adjustment to be made. Slide 6 is provided on both sides with an incision 12, which is brought into line with fixed marks on a scale on the flap 3 who can. The position of the slide can be read on the fixed scale.
The setting is made in such a way that the train frame cannot be exceeded or undershot in an undesirable manner, i.e. H. the tensile strength in the combustion unit increases z.
B. by 1/4 mm W. ', S., The flap opens automatically as a result of the higher external pressure and allows air to enter the chimney, which brings about an immediate restoration of the set draft, in the opposite case, i.e. H.
When the pulling force decreases, the flap closes automatically due to its excess weight in the lower part. In order to heat the controller when it is switched on and during peak times (e.g.
in the case of cookers) to be able to deactivate or To keep closed, a locking device 13 is attached;
it consists of a bolt which can be rotated about the bolt 13 'and which can be pivoted over the flap 3, whereby the latter is held in the closed position. Furthermore, a stop pin 14 secures the flap against tilting over the same,
so that the latter does not protrude into the free chimney cross-section even when fully open. The sheet metal frame 1 is firmly anchored in the masonry by means of flaps;
the flap itself can be removed from the bearing slots with a single movement and just as easily attached again after cleaning.
The flap is covered to the outside by a screen 15 that can be replaced from one another.
The in FRg. 3 and 4 illustrated embodiment is suitable for attachment to the usual round furnace pipes. It has a housing 16 which can be retrofitted to the stove pipe.
In the housing forming one side opening of the stove pipe, the movable flap 18 is mounted obliquely from the bottom. To the front and upward at rising slots 17, whereby again 3 \, the length of the flap are under the axis of rotation formed by the pin 19. Flap 18 also carries a slide 20, for the guide of which a screw 21 and a slot 22 are provided.
When the slide is in the closed position, it rests against the cross guide 28 and below against the front edge 24 of the housing 16.
Lying close to one side of the housing 16, the hook-shaped arm 25 is mounted with bolts 2, 6 in such a way that it can only be adjusted by overcoming a certain friction resistance. Azm '25 rests against the pin 19 and thereby prevents it from escaping from the. Slots 17.
If the lever arm 25 is pivoted clockwise from the position shown in FIG. 4 until its flap 27 comes to rest on the flap 18,
so he secures it in the closed position. The mode of operation and use of this embodiment is basically the same as that described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
