Description
Tentilator.
Tentilator. So far, various designs of table-top fans have become known, that is to say of fans. which are not fixed in place on a wall or ceiling.
but are built into an adjustable housing. and connected to an electrical power line via a connecting cable. These table-top fans, however, usually only result from an expedient adaptation of larger fans.
They are therefore not significantly cheaper than the larger types, although the performance required of the Ti: ehv fans is considerably lower. It has to do with it. that the price for the whole housing with foot. the connection cable, the switch and the steek contact make up a not inconsiderable part of the entire device price.
The present invention now enables the creation of a fan with the same advantages as the known apparatus, but which can, however, be manufactured at significantly lower costs.
According to the invention, the fan for the motor, on the axis of which a screw impeller is placed, has a connection element which is designed as an incandescent lamp base, so that the entire device can be connected to an electric incandescent lamp holder instead of the incandescent lamp can be connected. the connecting element of the motor also serves as a fastening element for the device.
1 shows an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in longitudinal section. Here, 10 denotes the connecting element designed as an incandescent lamp base, in the present case with an "Edison", normal thread, 11 a housing made of metal or molded material containing the motor . The motor consists of the stator 12 with the stator winding 13 and the rotor 14, in the present case a short-circuit armature, on whose axis 15 the helical impeller 16 is placed.
Fig.? gives a view of an ordinary office table lamp in which a fan according to the invention is screwed in place of the incandescent lamp.
It goes without saying that the motor can also be a collector motor instead of an induction motor. Furthermore, the vane impeller can be made of metal or a suitable flexible material such as rubber. Fabric, etc.
Of course, the connection member mentioned can also be designed as a bayonet base or as a base of another type; It is essential that it can be connected to a lamp holder of any kind.
As long as the lamp socket corresponds to the connection socket of the fan, the fan described can thus be connected directly to any table, ceiling or wall lamp instead of the incandescent lamp. In the opposite case, the ant 'is made possible by means of an adapter plug, one end of which corresponds to the design of the connection socket and the other end of which corresponds to the lamp socket.
The connection element can be rigidly connected to the motor, for example by directly fastening the connection element to the housing of the motor. This connection can also be done via a flexible or articulated intermediate member so that the orientation of the helical impeller relative to the connecting element can be adjusted as required.
