Device for automatic layer-by-layer winding of any shape body with wire. For the purposes of electrical engineering it happens that coils have to be wound with wire in regular layers, the cross-section of which deviates from the circular shape and which, for example, have a rectangular cross-section. If it is a question of larger coils, so those of little least a few centimeters side length, and wires of at least 1/2 millimeter in diameter, they are easy to make on the lathe with wire guide by hand.
The work is faster on winding machines, in which the wire is also fed back and forth from the machine across the width of the reel. Finer wires can also be processed with such machines. On the other hand, the machine equipment used up to now failed in the layer-by-layer winding of non-circular coils with wires, the diameter of which is less than approximately down to loo millimeters.
Up until now, such coils had to be wound by hand, for example the rotating frames of moving coil measuring devices.
The winding of this frame, the accuracy of which is very demanding due to the balance, has been done almost exclusively by hand until now, with the accuracy errors having to be corrected constantly. As a result, wrapping required a lot of patience and time, namely from half an hour to two hours.
The invention replaces the manual work with the machine and the time for the layer-by-layer, error-free winding of a moving coil with the finest wire can be increased. can be reduced to a few minutes. This is achieved according to the invention in that the holder, which is movable in the radial direction, of the wire guide guiding the wire when it runs onto the spool runs on a template.
In the drawing, the embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention is a device for layer-by-layer winding of a rectangular moving coil frame for a measuring device in side view (Fig. 1) and plan (Fig. 2). The frame a sits exactly fitting on the mandrel b corresponding to its Innenab measurements, which forms the face of the template c. Their cross-section is dimensioned according to the Aussenab measurements of the frame and BEZW on the winding axis. -shaft d attached, which is rotated by the drive of the machine in the direction of the arrow.
The feeler roller e runs on the template c, in the elongated axis of which the pin h which is provided with a guide notch i for the wire g and which is tapered downwards is clamped. The outlet point of the notch i is set so that it is exactly the same, radia lem distance from the roller axis and on the same surface line as the point of contact of the roller e with the template c; as a result, both points move on exactly congruent figures. As a result, the wire g is practically guided at its contact point and has to listen to the forced steering.
The axis f of the feeler roller e and the guide pin h is attached to the lever k , which can be pivoted about the axis n without play between the point bearings m. The carrier o this bearing m is connected to the lever k by a Fe of the p, through which the roller e pressed against the template c. becomes. The carrier o is clamped displaceably on the rod q, which executes the back and forth movement corresponding to the coil width in the direction of the two straight arrows.
The guide roller r for the wire g is on the lever k above the guide pin h in the plane of the notch i the axis s rotatable be fastened. It directs the wire from the unwinder is not provided or from the supply roll to the guide pin h. To make the coil more accessible, the lever k can be folded to the right around the axis n, overcoming the spring force p .
If frame a with axes t according to FIG. 3 are to be wound, the template c according to FIG. 4 is given a cross-sectional shape which circumscribes the axes and which is hexagonal in the example of FIGS. 3 and 4. As a result, the wire guide pin h is lifted over the axes t, and the wire automatically lays itself correctly in front of or behind the axis.
Instead of the roller e, a feeler pin or lever can also be used.
Using an appropriate lever or gear ratio, you can, if necessary, work with an enlarged or reduced template compared to the movements of the wire guide. The translation can be attached either between coil a and template c or between sensor e and guide pin g or at both locations.
According to the invention it is of course also possible to use larger coils and thicker wires, such as 1,7. : 49eh spools of any cross-sectional shape, triangular and polygonal, oval, lens-shaped, etc., can then be produced. Coils with a variable radius vector in the axial direction, e.g. B. conical or spherical bobbins, can NEN using appropriately shaped Scha blonen be wound according to the invention.
