Einseitig wirkendes Seharmierband.
Unidirectional armor tape. The present invention is a single-sided hinge for windows and doors according to the claim of the main patent. The new coulter band allows the sash to be swiveled out 180 '.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown. It shows: Fig. 1 the hinge in the closed state, Fig. 2 the opened hinge, Fig. 3-8 the individual hinge parts in view.
The door or window sash F is pivotably mounted on a frame by means of the present hinge. The hinge band is embedded in recesses in the frame and the wing F that it is not visible in the closed state (Fig. 1). That hinge; has a plate 1 (Fig. 1-3) which is attached to the frame R.
The plate 1 has three eyelets 2, 3 (Fig. 3), of .denen the one (2) is arranged in the longitudinal center, while between tween the two other eyelets 3 remains a free space. An axis 4 is inserted through the eyelet 2, about which a link 6 (FIG. 6) can be pivoted by means of eyelets 5. On the handlebar 6 eyelets 7 are also provided, in which an axle 8 is guided.
On the latter, an angle lever '10 (Fig. 5) is articulated with an eyelet 9, which is provided with further eyelets 11, 12 and an opening 13 located between the eyelets 11. In the eyelet 12 sits a pin 14 which protrudes into an eyelet 15 of a plate 16 (FIG. 7). The plate 16 is attached to the wing F and also has an eyelet 18. A handlebar 20 (FIG. 8) is pivotably mounted around a pin 19 seated in the latter by means of Üsie 21.
On the handlebar 20 there is also an eyelet 22 in which a pin 23 is provided. Pin 23 serves as the axis of rotation for an angle lever 25 (Fig. 4) which can be pivoted about the former by means of eyelets 24 attached to it. The lever 25 also carries eyelets 26, 27. The eyelet 26 is located in the opening 13, a pin 29 being guided through the eyelets 11 and 26. The eyelet 27 is arranged between the eyelets 3 of the plate 1.
The lever 25 is articulated to the plate 1 by means of an axis 28 passing through the eyelets 5 and 27.
When opening resp. When the hinge band closes, the plate 16 rotates around the pins 14 and 19. The lever 25, which can pivot about the pin 28, is rotated via the link 20, and the link 6, which can be pivoted about the axis 4, is rotated via the lever 10. When the hinge is open, the end position of the door leaf can be determined by any stops. The hinge allows the sash to be pivoted out of the frame by 180 '.
The wing F can be released from the frame R by loosening the pins 14, 19 or the pins 4, 28.
The hinge strip shown has the great advantage over known hinge strips, which are likewise not visible in the closed position, that its components work exclusively with one another in an articulated manner. As a result, neither the wear-increasing displacements of individual parts on one another nor significant deformations are caused, the latter always including the risk of fatigue fractures.
The main hinge is expediently manufactured in an injection molding process or from sheet metal in a stamping process.
