Description
Einrichtung zum Punktieren von Platinen.
Es ist bekannt, dass Platinen mittelst Einrichtungen, wie Punktiermaschinen, Lehrenbohrmaschinen usw. mit genauen Bohrzentren oder Bohrungen versehen werden können. Die Anschaffungskosten s, olcher Einrichtungen sind jedoch sehr hoch und deshalb f r Klein- unternehmen nicht erschwinglich. Die nach- stehend beschriebene Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung, mit der man auf einfache Art Platinen mit Bohrzentren versehen kann.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausf hrungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Die gezeichnete Einrichtung zum Punktieren von Platinen besitzt eine Grund platte G, welche zwei Anschlagleisten Al und A2 aufweist. Die Anschlagleisten A1 und A2 stehen senkrecht zueinander und dienen zur Führung der zu punktierenden Platine P. Die Platine P wird mittelst den zwei Aufspannbriden B1 und B2 festgespannt.
In der Grundplatte G befinden sich mehrere T-Nuten N, in welche die zwei Aufspannbriden Bl und B2 eingesetzt und je nach Grösse der Platine P verstellt und mit teisst Elemmschra. uben arretiert werden kön- nen. Auf der Grundplatte G befindet sich das Masslineal Ml, auf welchem der Kreuzschieber M2 mit Einsbellschiebern S1 und S2 verschieb-und arretierbar angeordnet ist. Der lange Schenkel des Kreuzschiebers ist als MaBlineal gebildet, auf welchem der Noniusschieber S2 verschieb- und arretierbar angeordnet ist.
Der Schieber S2 ist mit einer Bohrung B versehen, welche zur wa, hlweisen Aufnahme verschiedener Punktierwerkzeuge, wie orner, Bohrb chsen und Reisnadeln oder Anreisszirkel. dient.
