Heizliesselunterteilungseinrichtung mit Sparelement. ,Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Heizkesselunterteilungseinrichtung mit 'Sparelement, die als Kesselraumunterteiler einen;
Heating element subdivision device with economy element. The subject of the present invention is a boiler dividing device with 'saving element, which as a boiler room divider;
Has a pipe body in the furnace of the boiler, the inlet of which is connected to the return pipe and the outlet of which is connected to the flow pipe of the heating anilaboe, so that part of the heating water flows through the pipe body, with the water circulating through the natural buoyancy of the heated water comes into being in the tubular body and can be seen in the outer circulation.
On the pipe body of the boiler dividing device, on the fire side, there is a pipe bend that also flows through heating water, the plane of which is at right angles to the plane of the lower divider and which protrudes into the combustion chamber, whereby the pipe bends are also subdivided to increase the surface area can.
The part (pipe bend) protruding into the combustion chamber on the fire side increases the heating surface of the divider and divides the fire core. Since the glow temperature in the vicinity of the pipe bend protruding into the fire core is lower than in the non-subdivided fire core as a result of the cooling effect of the heating water flowing through, the formation of slag in the fire core is reduced.
with which at the same time a better heat utilization is connected. The inlet and outlet of the lower part are expediently led through the rear wall of the boiler and flexibly connected to the main lines via a hose connection. Two guide members in the back wall of the boiler secure the boiler dividers in place.
The flexible connections of the same with the main lines allow the grate surface to be shortened.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is on. shown in the accompanying drawing. They show: Fig. 1 a boiler including a subdivision device, Fig. 2 the front view of the tubular body lying in the boiler room,
Pig. 3 the side view and FIG. 4 the top view of the tubular body. The boiler room divider of the drawn boiler subdivision device is formed by a row of tubes 1 lying one above the other in one plane and connected to one another by cross-sections 2. At the top is the outlet 3.
at the bottom is the inlet 4. At right angles to the plane of the lower divider, a second tubular body is attached in the middle of the same, which divides the fire core and has a pipe bend 5 (fix. 3).
In order to enlarge the effective surface, this pipe bend is divided by a cross connection h. The entire tubular body 1, 2, 5, 6 can consist of tubes welded to one another or be made of cast iron. The water circulation takes place in the direction of the arrow.
Fig. 1 shows the installation of the boiler subdivision device with economy element in the boiler and the connection to the heating system. In the combustion chamber of the boiler 11 is the boiler divider 1, 2 in the embodiment according to FIG. 2 together with your economy element 5, 6 attached to it on the fire side.
The inlet pipe 4 and the outlet pipe 3 run parallel to each other, are guided through the boiler rear wall and are sealed against this by implementation organs with sleeves 7 and held firmly. The pipe ends of the same length are in flexible connection with the main lines 9, 10 via connecting hoses 8. If the sleeves 7 are loosened, the divider can be shifted on the grate surface in the direction of the boiler longitudinal axis.
