Auf der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbei spiel zur Darstellung .gebracht worden. Fig. 1 zeigt im arundriss die neuartige Verschlussscheibe für Milchflaschen vor dem Gebrauch; Fig. 2 lässt erkennen, wie die Vens@chluss- scheibe nach Fig. 1 beim Gebrauch eine Ver formung zum Kegel erfährt;
Cardboard disc used as a closure for Hilch bottles. The invention is based on the object of designing a cardboard disc for closing milk bottles in such a way that the sensation is destroyed when opening, in order to guarantee that the original filling of the milk bottle reaches the recipient's hands intact.
From an economic point of view, this requirement can only be met if the customary cardboard disc closures are retained, but are designed in such a way that they cannot be reused inconspicuously after a single use.
The inevitable destruction during the removal of the cardboard disc from the bottle neck respectively. Damage has to go so far that even a cursory glance allows you to check whether the cardboard disk has already been used.
By making use of what is known per se in the case of cardboard caps for milk bottles. Forming that a flat circular cardboard disc is placed under tension in a conical shape when it is inserted into the neck opening, the essence of the invention is that the cardboard disc has a sector marked out by at least two radial lines of weakness used for folding,
-which folds over like a fold when the cardboard disc is inserted into the neck of the bottle. The cardboard disc, which merges into a pronounced conical shape, creates a tight seal due to the inherent tension within the neck of the bottle and ensures that
that when opening the bottle, the cardboard disc removed from the neck of the bottle is damaged or is destroyed so that it cannot be used inconspicuously like the.
The milk bottles are generally standardized in such a way that the bottle neck at the seat for the cardboard disc closure is provided with an offset with a conical seat surface in which the cardboard disc in its pleated conical shape with its entire circumference is terminated brings about.
In the drawing, the object of the invention is in a game Ausführungsbei for illustration. Been brought. Fig. 1 shows an outline of the novel closure disc for milk bottles before use; FIG. 2 shows how the valve disc according to FIG. 1 is deformed into a cone during use;
F'ig. 3. shows the conical shape of the cardboard disc created by the folding of the sector; 4 illustrates the novel cardboard disc closure for milk bottles in a section through the bottle neck.
The cardboard disc used to manufacture the bottle closure a. is made in the form shown in Fig. 1 basic plan. Two radii b, d with @ Sekto @ r c are formed by cutting, scoring, punching or in some other way as weakening lines on the cardboard disc.
This pursues the purpose and achieves that when inserting the cardboard disk a into the bottle neck f, which is provided with an offset with a conical seat surface e, the disk, which is larger than the mouth of the bottle neck, changes from the flat shape into the conical shape, in that the lines formed as weakening lines : Radius b, d with the .Sector c delimited by them form the folds, as shown in Fig. 2 and 3, proceed here. During the transition to the conical shape, the: Disk a retains its circular outline and its circumference creates a tight seal in the mouth of the bottle neck f.
The radial edge, which has arisen in the conical shape of the disk on the weakening line of the largest radius b, is available for opening the bottle closure. If this radial edge is touched to remove the cardboard disk from the bottle neck and a pull is exerted on it, the disk tears on one or both lines of weakness b, d and is thus used to seal it again the bottle cannot be used.
The destruction resp. Damage to the pane leaves behind: traces that are clearly visible even when the Plaschenvar closure is checked.
The disc a can be provided to secure, against inconspicuous reuse in a known manner with additional, by cutting, scoring, punching or otherwise geechwächten parts who the destruction BEZW. Damage the disc if an attempt is made to remove the disc from the bottle neck from its edge.
In Fig. 1 and 2 two types of weakening lines have been indicated for the purpose he mentioned, one of which as a circle g, the other as starting from the edge of the disc and ending in the circle g radii h are reached for representation ge.
The cone-shaped cardboard disc that closes the milk bottle in its neck guarantees the tightness of the closure to a greater extent than the cardboard discs previously used in flat form. because the disc is put into tension by the conical shape and this tension ensures that the circumference of the disc nestles closely against the abutment in the neck of the bottle.
Compared to the illustrative example of the drawing, changes in the execution and in the dimensional relationships of the individual parts of the cardboard disc closure.es for milk bottles can be made as desired or required without going beyond the scope of the invention.
