Assembled current and voltage converter, especially for very high voltages. It is known to assemble current and voltage converters to form a transducer set. The procedure here was, for example, that both converters were designed for themselves and their housings were assembled in a suitable manner. The space and material savings are not significant in these cases.
In addition, arrangements have also been developed in which the voltage transformer core is designed as a frame core and the high-voltage winding of the current transformer runs along the frame core, which is therefore at high-voltage potential, while the iron core belonging to the current transformer with the secondary winding is separate from the other parts of the voltage converter are formed and net angeord.
This design is also unsatisfactory, since the iron core of the voltage transformer, which is at high voltage potential, has to be isolated from the boiler, which is at ground potential, while on the other hand, special measures must also be taken to secure and accommodate the current transformer.
Furthermore, an arrangement has already become known in which the voltage transformer core is offset by <B> 90 '</B> in the window of the current transformer core and both cores have half the operating voltage. Here, too, special insulation must be provided with regard to the support and also with regard to the windings.
The invention also relates to an assembled current and voltage converter and enables a much more compact, space and cost-saving arrangement compared to the known Be. The invention consists in the fact that the current transformer core includes one leg of the voltage transformer core which is at ground potential and is at high voltage potential,
wherein the potential difference between the voltage transformer core exhibiting ground potential and the current transformer core exhibiting high voltage potential is absorbed by the primary voltage transformer winding designed as a layer winding.
The core of the current transformer carrying the primary winding advantageously also forms the otherwise usual radiation protection ring for the layer winding of the chip, while the secondary winding of the current transformer runs along the core of the voltage transformer. Since the current and voltage transformer cores wrap around each other in the design according to the invention, these cores are advantageously to be provided with an air gap, because otherwise they would act as a winding.
It is advisable to choose the arrangement so that the voltage transformer core is provided with an air gap, which can be used for any compensation purposes at the same time, while the current transformer core is designed as a nickel core with insulation between the individual sheet metal windings. In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is Darge provides. It is a converter for very high voltages, e.g. B. for 400 kV. The Wandlersa1z owns. a porcelain bushing 1 and the housing 2.
The frame-like core 3 of the voltage converter is located in the housing, the 1-hole voltage winding 4 of which is designed as a layer winding and the voltage from the I-hole voltage connection gradually decreases towards the core 3 at ground potential.
Between the core 3 and the Hochvoltwieklung 4 is the secondary winding .5 of the voltage converter in the usual way. The current transformer core 6 is built around the Ilochvoltage winding of the voltage transformer. It is on high voltage potential. However, no special effort is required to isolate it, since the insulation of the high-voltage winding of the voltage converter includes it. It results.
the advantage that, conversely, the iron core 6 serves as a radiation protection ring for the high-voltage winding 4 of the voltage converter. The secondary winding 7 of the current transformer runs along the voltage transformer core 3 at ground potential. The high-voltage line is with. 8 and connected to the primary winding 9 of the current transformer and to the primary winding 4 of the voltage transformer.
The current transformer core 6 is designed to be divided in order to be able to bring a bias winding, not shown, to zii. In addition, the current transformer core 6 is designed as a winding core with internal insulation made of highly permeable cold-rolled sheet metal, while the voltage transformer core 3 has a normal design and is provided with a slot.
The current transformer core 6 can be used to support its simultaneous importance as a radiation protection ring and to improve the insulation conditions with rounded bodies, e.g. B. be provided with a cladding made of metallized wood, as can be seen in Fig. 2, which fits the insulation of the high-voltage winding of the voltage converter well and ensures smooth transitions. The primary winding of the current transformer, not shown in the drawing, wraps around the current transformer core 6.
Finally, the housing 2 can also be provided with inner cladding 10, which adapts well to the shape of the winding structure, which means that savings can also be made with the 3less converter set if it is an oil-insulated converter. In the latter case, the converter is also finitely provided with an oil conservator 11.
At the same time, it can also be used as a pole column of an isolating switch in a manner known per se, with one connection 12 then being designed as an isolating switch contact.
