Process for the preparation of a hair and skin pressure sensitive agent.
The subject matter of the invention is a process for the production of a durable, biological hair and skin care agent which, due to the content of valuable natural substances, is highly effective in maintaining healthy and healing diseased skin, and in particular in promoting hair growth and maintaining hair comes to. The basic idea of the method according to the invention is that the active ingredients occurring in healthy hair are to be made usable for the maintenance and care of the skin and in particular the hair.
In order to achieve this, the keratose-containing hydrolysis product obtained by alkaline hydrolysis from hair at 50 to 70 ° C. is treated immediately after its formation without prior isolation, for the purpose of binding the free alkali with a compound containing a fatty acid radical.
The loosening of hair by hydrolysis with alkalis is known per se. For example, it has been suggested to dry hair in strong alkali solutions, e.g. B. an approximately 50% lye, to precipitate the dissolved substances, to separate and dry them and to mix them with oils or pomades to form a hair care product. However, such agents do not have a growth-promoting effect on the hair, because the action of strong alkali solutions deeply encroaches on the constitution of the extremely sensitive, keratose-containing products, so that they are largely degraded and lose their growth-promoting properties.
This can be avoided with the new method, and the active ingredients occurring in the hair are retained in their original form, that is to say close to nature. Immediately after their formation, the keratosis-containing products are converted into a solid neutralization product without isolation, for example with fatty acid, whereby the active ingredients are fixed. Both liquid, but sometimes solid acids, individually or in groups, can be used as fatty acids. It has also been shown that, instead of fatty acids, it is also possible to use fats which are saponified by the alkaline solution.
However, one or more fatty acids and fats can also be brought into reaction with the alkaline solution at the same time.
The product produced according to the invention acts, as numerous clinical tests and practice have shown, owing to the content of the skin respectively. The hair-specific active ingredients, healing on the skin, since in this way the epidermis is supplied with the substances necessary for growth and health maintenance in a natural, that is to say, in the present method as unchanged as possible.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if, for the care of the scalp hair, the use of the neutral hair keratosis preparation described above is combined with washing the scalp with neutral ropes. In this way, a greasy scalp becomes fat-free through washing and is therefore particularly capable of absorption for the preparation produced according to the invention. To achieve this, the solid keratosis product of the hair can be mixed with a neutral soap, which has two advantages at the same time.
Firstly, the soap wash keeps the scalp free of grease and resorbable for the treatment, and secondly, as a result of the emulsification of the keratosis product, the soap foam facilitates penetration into the scalp and absorption through the hair papillae.
Example:
1000 g of washed hair are dissolved in 5000 g of sodium hydroxide solution (12¯ BÚ) at 50-70¯ C. 2800 g of melted stearic acid (or stearin), which must not be heated above 70¯, are added to the still hot solution, the mixture is stirred and mixed with 50 kg of neutral kernel while it is still nutty.
