Stabilizing device for automatic electrical regulators. In the known automatic electrical rule regulators, the stabilization is usually achieved by means of feedback springs and: associated damping device.
Exercise the moving limb of the regulator in the path of this limb. proportional force, the use of a simple spring for the Rizekführung is correct. If the force-displacement curve of the controller follows: but a different law, then it is true: the return spring only at a certain waypoint .. In order to adapt the feedback to the controller characteristics: different, sometimes very complicated paths have been taken.
According to the invention, this adjustment takes place in a relatively simple manner by a feedback element with a magnetic restoring force, for the purpose of being able to adapt the feedback element to that of the controller.
In the drawing, two designs are shown for the invention, namely frequency regulators that adjust the servo motor of a water turbine. The controller has a rotating system without counterforce and is equipped with, six) stator sinks, three of which (a) via capacitors c and three (b) via choke coils d to the. Three-phase network f are connected \,
whose frequency should be kept constant. Its runner e works via the lever linkage, g on the servo motor h and is coupled to the magnetic feedback device i, Ic, m. Their permanently or electrically magnetized rotating armature i rotates sieve in the likewise pivotable housing m, the movements of which are dampened by the oil brake e 7e.
Since there is torque of the! Feedback magnet i, m largely depends on the position of the armature i in the pole housing m and is influenced by various structural means, such as pole dimensions and air gap design the desired feedback characteristic can easily be achieved.
Instead of the anchor: i you can also magnetize the G, ehäw, e m or both. According to Fig. 2, the housing m of the rotary magnet carries an excitation winding n which z. B. can be excited by the machine voltage, and see ver with a ring gear .der engages in the gear o, which sits on the shaft of the damping device.
This is an electrical current here and is designed in such a way that it becomes more effective the more the actual frequency deviates from the nominal frequency. In the ferraxis runner r of this device, the magnets p and q induces eddy currents that slow down its movement.
In addition, the coils, these magnets p and q are now connected in series with two coils a and b of the controller, which are connected to the same phase of the network f, the one via a capacitance c, the other via an inductance d. At the setpoint frequency, the coils p and q therefore counteract each other with the same force and do not generate any torque in the disk r. In this case, however, the slider of the controller also remains. at rest and does not exert any adjustment force on the linkage g.
If the controller a, b, e is deflected by frequency deviation vera, nl: asst, the disk r is not only braked by eddy currents, but also exerts a frequency-dependent counter-torque. In this way, the damping effect is temporarily increased. If this reinforcement is not used, permanent magnets or electromagnets are sufficient for eddy current damping.
Instead of being in series with a, b , the coils p, q could also be connected in parallel to a, b or via a capacitor, respectively. Choke can be connected directly to the network f. The return device: Of course, there is no need to be a rotating magnet because. see also Let solenoids be used appropriately, among other things.
It can also be influenced by any other variable, such as voltage, frequency, power, power factor and others. ' The frequency controller described works correctly, regardless of the voltage and voltage fluctuations. He needs. not to have the style of the embodiments.
Controllers for other measured variables, such as voltage, current, active, reactive or apparent power, power factor, load on the engine, etc., can also be provided with the new feedback device.
