Description
Für die Drehzahlregelung oder für die Phasenkompenslerung von Asynchronmaschinen

die Regelung dieser Erregung verwendet man entweder Stufentransformatoren oder Doppeldrehtransformatoren.
Der Stufentransformator hat den Nachteil, daß er für eine selbsttätige Betätigung mit Rücksicht auf die
großen Verstellkräfte nicht geeignet ist und die Stufenregelung außerdem für viele Anwendungsgebiete
ausscheidet, da sie nicht genügend fein ist. Die Regelung des Erregerstromes mittels eines Doppeldrehtransformators
ist technisch vollkommen, jedoch ist dieser Transformator sehr teuer.
