Degassing and dehumidifying device for closed rooms. The subject of the present invention is a degassing and dehumidifying apparatus for closed spaces.
It is well known how difficult it is to work indoors, e.g. B. in the stables for the cattle to generate an air that has no harmful effects on the cattle. In a stable for cattle gases and vapors occur, which with respect to the spec. Weight and sticking to walls and litter are quite different. The polluted air greatly encourages the growth of bacilli cultures and other pathogens. Removing all of these harmful influences on the cattle from the barn was very difficult.
These difficulties are now to be eliminated by the subject of the invention forming apparatus in that at least two suction devices are provided, one of which is provided with several suction lines to suck off gases containing harmful substances at different points in the room, while a second suction device with a Intake line for fresh air is provided.
so that the sucked off, harmful gases are replaced by fresh air that can be regulated with respect to heat by means of associated organs, with devices still being connected to the first suction device which allow the amount and nature of the gases to be determined at any time and to render them harmless.
The object of the present invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment form schematically in the accompanying drawing.
The fan 1, which like the ventilator 2 is driven by the electric motor 6, is equipped with the suction lines 28, 29, 30 and 31, which each have a funnel-shaped suction opening at the end, through which the various gases and Vapors are sucked in. Since the moisture condenses on the walls, the suction opening of some lines is attached closer to the walls. while the openings of other lines are set so that gas layers at different heights are sucked out. The opening of the line 31 is laid on the ground so that the pathogens are caught here, as they are mostly stored on the ground.
All the gas layers and pathogens are sucked in by the ventila tor 1 and conveyed into the pipe 7. in which two openings 8 and 9 are placed. Through .the opening 8 through the dust and dirt particles, as well as flies and insects, -which are in the various gas layers ver, deposited in the glass container 10. The gases themselves go through the line connected to the opening 9 after Gas meter 11.
which indicates how many gases are passed per hour. The measured gases are fed through lines 12 and 14 to the condenser 15. The drain cock 13 is connected to the Leitiai @ ,, 12, in: here to be able to drain gases for the purpose of investigation. The condenser 15 has a container in which the two horizontal walls 21 and 22 are installed. The tubes 25 through which the gases can flow from the lower part of the condenser to the upper part are let into these walls.
The lower part of the condenser has the opening 27. to -which the vessel 26 is closed to accommodate the condensate of some of the gases. The condition of the condensate can be examined. In order to support the condensation, the space between the walls 21 and 22 is filled with running water that flows through the nozzle 24: and through the nozzle. 23 drains. The non-condensed gases flow through the device 16 to the gas meter 17 so that the amount of gases still present can be determined here.
From the gas meter 17, the gases are passed through the line 18 to the destruction chamber 19, in which the gases are partly destroyed, partly processed for fertilization purposes by the De struktionskammer z. B. is partially filled with plaster of paris or otherwise mixed materials. The ammonia present in the gases from cattle stalls and gypsum form sulfuric acid ammonia, which is used for fertilization purposes. The exhaust gases are recycled here.
The discharged gases are replaced by fresh air, which is fed through the line 20 and the tap 32 to the fan 2. The fresh air is forced into the stable through the nozzle 3. Before the air passes through line 20 into the fan. it strokes over the opening 4 dominated by a flap 5. So that the fresh air does not get too cold into the stable in the cold winter, various ways can be taken for preheating.
For example, the fresh air can be throttled through the tap 32 so that a certain amount of air can only slowly enter the stable. whereby the warming of the slowly supplied air is favorably supported by the warm stable air.
A second way of heating the fresh air supplied can consist in this. that through the opening 4 a part of the stable air set by the flap 5 is mixed into the air flowing after the fan 2 for the purpose of warming up. Thirdly, the fresh air supplied can be fed from the nozzle 3 through a line, not shown, via a heating coil for the purpose of warming before it enters the stable.
Of course, the apparatus can also be executed in a different manner than that shown, and the embodiment described is only intended to serve as an example. It can e.g. B. a vertical pipe can be set up in the stable., Which is connected to the fan 1 and which is distributed at certain intervals over the entire height is provided with openings to wel che the lines are connected to the different places in the room. Various capacitors with taps can be seen in series with gas meters.
Further containers with substances can also be connected in between, which form useful materials when combined with certain waste gases.
In order to reduce the room temperature in summer, the fresh air line can be passed through cooled rooms or deep layers of the earth before it is introduced.
