Als Hemd dienendes Bekleidungsstück. Das als Hemd dienende Bekleidungsstück gemäss der Erfindung weist ein nachgiebiges, vorzugsweise ein elastisches Hüftband auf, welches eine Übergangsstelle eines obern Teils des Bekleidungsstückes zu einem un tern Teil desselben bildet.
Durch das Hüftband soll das Beklei dungsstück über den Hüften am Körper fest gehalten und somit dem Aufwärtsrutschen des Bekleidungsstückes am Körper vorgebeugt werden. Der untere Teil des Bekleidungs stückes kann beispielsweise als Hose ausge bildet sein, um zum Beispiel als Unterhose zu dienen, die dann durch das Hüftband eben falls in gegebener Höhe am Körper gehalten wird. Das erfindungsgemäss ausgebildete Be kleidungsstück eignet sich insbesondere für Sportzwecke, aber auch in sonstigen Fällen starker körperlicher Betätigung.
In der zum Teil schematischen Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen in Vorder- und Sei tenansicht ein erstes Beispiel, Fig. 3 und 4 in entsprechenden Darstel lungen ein zweites Beispiel, Fig. 5 und 6 im Schnitt und in Ansicht eine besondere Anordnungsart des Hüft- bandes, Fig. 7,
8 und 9 im Schnitt und in Vor- der- und Rückansicht eine andere Anord nungsart des Hüftbandes und Fig. 10 und 11 in Schnitten je eine wei tere Ausführungsart des Hüftbandes.
Im. Beispiel gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 bezeich net 1 ein gummielastisches Hüftband, welches eine Übergangsstelle des obern Teils 2 zum untern Teil 3 des Bekleidungsstückes für Männer bildet. Das Bekleidungsstück stellt als Ganzes ein vollständiges, in Taille ge- schnittenes Hemd mit langen Ärmeln. 4 dar und kann vorn auf- und zugeknöpft werden, wozu Knöpfe 5 vorgesehen sind.
Das Hüft- band 1, in dessen Bereich ebenfalls ein Ver bindungsknopf 5 angeordnet ist, erstreckt sich auf die ganze Taillenweite, das heisst auf den ganzen Umfang des Hemdes.
Durch das gummielastische Hüftband 1 wird das Hemd in der Taille am Körper an liegend gehalten, so da.ss es selbst bei starker körperlicher Betätigung bezw. vielseitiger Körperbewegung des Trägers nicht aus der Hose herausrutscht. Ein solches Heraus rutschen tritt aber beim gewöhnlichen Hemd leicht ein, besonders wenn die Hose nicht durch Hosenträger, sondern nur mittels eines Gürtels am Körper gehalten wird; es macht dies nachher gewöhnlich das Öffnen des Gür tels und der Hose notwendig, um das Hemd wieder in ordnungsmässigen Zustand zu brin gen.
Mithin ist klar, dass das dargestellte Hemd für einen Sportausübenden ein zweck mässigeres Bekleidungsstück ist als ein ge wöhnliches Hemd.
Vom erklärten Beispiel unterscheidet sich dasjenige gemäss Fig. 3 und 4 insofern, als der untere Teil 3 des Bekleidungsstückes als Hose ausgebildet ist. Zu diesem Zwecke ist im untern Teil 3 vorn und hinten im Stoff des Bekleidungsstückes ein Ausschnitt 6 an gebracht, und an den so entstandenen Räu- dern sind Druckknöpfe 7 befestigt. Durch Schliessen der Druckknöpfe 7 werden die zwei Hosenbeine 8 gebildet. Hierbei ist dafür ge sorgt, dass das Bekleidungsstück mindestens vom Kragenansatz weg bis zum Hüftband geöffnet werden kann, um in dasselbe ein schlüpfen zu können.
Ein solches Bekleidungsstück, das als Ganzes ein Hemd mit Hose darstellt, kommt in bezug auf Herstellungskosten erheblich billiger zu stehen, als wenn Hemd und Hose eigene Teile für sich sind. Bei der Ausfüh rung des Bekleidungsstückes als Hemdhose gewährleistet das Hüftband einen guten Sitz der Hose über den Hüften und verhindert ein Hinunterrutschen der Hose.
Beim gezeichneten Beispiel handelt es sich um eine kurze Hose. Selbstverständlich kann aber das Bekleidungsstück auch mit langer Hose ausgestattet sein, wie auch die sonstige Ausführungsart der Hose verschie den sein kann.
Gemäss Fig. 5 und 6 ist das nur schema tisch angedeutete, gummielastische Hüftband 1 an seinen zwei Längsrändern durch Nähte 9 mit einem entsprechenden Rand des obern Teils 2 und des untern Teils 3 des Beklei dungsstückes verbunden. Das Hüftband 1 dient somit hier als eigentliches Verbin dungsglied der unter Umständen je aus einem besonderen Stoff bestehenden Teile 2 und 3 des Bekleidungsstückes.
Gemäss Fig. 7, 8 und 9 ist das gummi elastische Hüftband 1 auf den Stoff des Be kleidungsstückes aufgelegt und damit an sei nen beiden Längsrändern durch die Nähte 9 verbunden. Das ganze Bekleidungsstück als solches besteht demgemäss aus ein und dem selben Stoff. Das Hüftband 1 kann auf der äussern oder auf der innern Seite des Beklei dungsstückes angebracht sein.
Gemäss Fig. 10 dient als Verbindungs glied der Teile 2 und 3 des Bekleidungsstük- kes das Hüftband 1, welches hier aus einem flachen Gummiband 10 besteht, das lose in einer Stoffhülle 11 liegt. Die Hülle 11 ist. an ihren beiden Längsrändern durch die Nähte 9 an den Teilen 2 und 3 des Beklei dungsstückes befestigt.
Beim Beispiel gemäss Fig. 11 liegt das flache Gummiband 10 gegen die eine Seite des Stoffes des Bekleidungsstückes. Dieser Stoff bildet hier zusammen mit einem mit tels der Nähte 9 aufgenähten Stoffstreifen 12 eine das Gummiband 10 einschliessende Hülle.
Das am Bekleidungsstück vorgesehene Hüftband kann sich unter Umständen statt auf der ganzen, auch nur auf einen Teil des Umfanges des Bekleidungsstückes erstrecken. Die Verbindung des Hüftbandes mit dem obern und untern Teil des Bekleidungsstiik- kes kann gegebenenfalls, statt durch Nähte, mittels eines Verschlusses (z. B. Knopfver schlusses) erfolgen, welcher ein gegenseitiges Lösen und Wiederverbinden der in Betracht kommenden Teile ermöglicht.
Als Hüftband kann gewünschtenfalls ein Elastikband ver wendet werden. Unter Umständen kann aber auch ein Hüftband aus Trikotstoff oder einem andern nachgiebigen Textilerzeugnis verwendet werden. Das Bekleidungsstück kann auch so aus geführt werden, dass dessen unterer Teil so wohl eine untere Hemdpartie als auch eine Hose aufweist, in welchem Falle also am Bekleidungsstück zwei ineinanderliegende untere Teile vorhanden sind.
Item of clothing used as a shirt. The item of clothing serving as a shirt according to the invention has a resilient, preferably elastic, hip band which forms a transition point from an upper part of the item of clothing to an underneath part thereof.
The waistband is intended to hold the item of clothing firmly over the hips on the body and thus prevent the item of clothing from sliding upwards on the body. The lower part of the piece of clothing can be designed as pants, for example, to serve as underpants, for example, which is then also held on the body at a given height by the waist band. The article of clothing formed according to the invention is particularly suitable for sports purposes, but also in other cases of vigorous physical activity.
In the partly schematic drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated.

In the example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 denotes a rubber-elastic waistband which forms a transition point between the upper part 2 and the lower part 3 of the item of clothing for men. The garment as a whole constitutes a complete, waist-cut shirt with long sleeves. 4 and can be buttoned and unbuttoned at the front, for which buttons 5 are provided.
The waist band 1, in the area of which a connection button 5 is also arranged, extends over the entire waist width, that is to say over the entire circumference of the shirt.
Due to the elastic waist band 1, the shirt is held in the waist on the body, so that it even with vigorous physical activity or. versatile body movement of the wearer does not slip out of the pants. Such slipping out occurs easily with ordinary shirts, especially if the trousers are not held on the body by braces, but only by means of a belt; this usually makes it necessary to open the belt and trousers afterwards in order to bring the shirt back into proper condition.
It is therefore clear that the shirt shown is a more appropriate item of clothing for a person practicing sports than an ordinary shirt.
That according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from the example explained in that the lower part 3 of the item of clothing is designed as pants. For this purpose, a cutout 6 is made in the lower part 3 at the front and back in the fabric of the item of clothing, and snap fasteners 7 are fastened to the rims thus created. By closing the push buttons 7, the two trouser legs 8 are formed. It is ensured here that the item of clothing can be opened at least from the base of the collar to the hip strap so that it can be slipped into it.
Such a piece of clothing, which as a whole represents a shirt with trousers, is considerably cheaper in terms of production costs than if the shirt and trousers are separate parts. When the item of clothing is designed as shirt trousers, the hip strap ensures that the trousers fit well over the hips and prevents the trousers from slipping down.
The example shown is shorts. Of course, however, the item of clothing can also be equipped with long trousers, as can the other types of trousers.
5 and 6, the only schematically indicated, rubber elastic waistband 1 is connected at its two longitudinal edges by seams 9 with a corresponding edge of the upper part 2 and the lower part 3 of the clothing piece. The waistband 1 thus serves here as the actual connec tion member of the parts 2 and 3 of the garment, which may each consist of a special substance.
7, 8 and 9, the rubber-elastic waistband 1 is placed on the fabric of the garment and thus connected by the seams 9 on both longitudinal edges. The entire item of clothing as such accordingly consists of one and the same material. The waistband 1 can be attached to the outer or inner side of the garment.
According to FIG. 10, the hip band 1, which here consists of a flat rubber band 10 that lies loosely in a fabric cover 11, serves as the connecting link between parts 2 and 3 of the clothing item. The shell 11 is. attached at its two longitudinal edges through the seams 9 on parts 2 and 3 of the clothing piece.
In the example according to FIG. 11, the flat rubber band 10 lies against one side of the fabric of the item of clothing. This fabric forms here together with a fabric strip 12 sewn on by means of the seams 9 a sleeve enclosing the rubber band 10.
The hip band provided on the item of clothing can, under certain circumstances, extend only over part of the circumference of the item of clothing instead of over the whole. The connection of the hip belt with the upper and lower part of the garment can, if necessary, instead of using seams, be made by means of a fastener (z. B. button fastener) which enables the parts in question to be loosened and reconnected.
If desired, an elastic band can be used as the waist band. Under certain circumstances, however, a waistband made of tricot fabric or another flexible textile product can also be used. The item of clothing can also be designed in such a way that its lower part has a lower shirt section as well as a pair of pants, in which case there are two nested lower parts on the item of clothing.
