Description

Anchor dowels for concrete formwork connections. The invention relates to an anchor dowel made of metal for concrete formwork connections, in the form of a truncated cone, which is provided at each Endei in the direction of the axis with an internal thread, the two threaded holes of unequal size and are separated by a wall ge from each other and further on larger end of the anchor anchor a square Ver recess is provided, which for screwing from the anchor one; Use of square wrenches is permitted.

Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the anchor in longitudinal section .; Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line 1-I of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows an exemplary embodiment of the anchor dowel, as a connecting link between the anchor screw lying in the concrete cross-section and the construction screw holding the concrete shuttering wall together.

The metal anchor dowel has the shape of a truncated cone and has a threaded bore at both ends in the axial direction. The two threaded holes be - sit different diameters and are separated from each other by the partition a. The smaller hole is intended to receive the anchor screw c and the larger one to accommodate the concrete formwork tube b.

On the left in Fig. 1, broader end of the dowel has a square recess e. The latter allows you to set a square wrench for the purpose of loosening the anchor dowel from the embedded anchor rod c.

At the larger end of the anchor dowel there is a flattening f, which allow the attachment of a lightning bolt or pipe pliers, at two opposite points on the circumference.

Fig. 3 shows the use of the anchor dowel according to Figs. 1 and 2 when creating a formwork connection in concrete or. Reinforced concrete construction.

After erecting the outer shell framework g, the praying formwork h is attached to the latter and tightened firmly by means of the framework framework b, which is passed through the framework beam g and the framework h, on the ends of which the nut i and the dowel acting as a nut are screwed . One end of the anchor rod c is screwed into the dowel,

where the anchor rod c serves as a connecting link in the formwork walls of the concrete structure, so that after screwing the second anchors on the other end of the anchor rod c, the laying of the second formwork wall and the formwork framework g1 is possible.
