Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs- gegenstandes sind auf beiliegender Zeich nung schematisch dargestellt, in welcher Fig. l ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel im Aufriss zeigt; Fig. 2 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt durch das mittlere Element in Fig. 1; Fig. 3 zeigt perspektivisch die Verwen dung des ersten Beispiels zur Herstellung von Lochsteinen und einen Lochstein;
Derart her- (festellte Hohlsteine zeigen hohe Festigkeit.
Vibrator. The present invention relates to a vibrating device which is particularly suitable for acting on bulk material.
Vibrating devices are already known which act on bulk material by being immersed in the bulk material. In this case: the mass generating the vibrations can be provided in the tubular vibrating device itself or it can be arranged outside the vibrating device and rigidly connected to the latter in order to transmit the vibrations.
This immersion vibrator he testify holes in the bulk material; If the vibrator is only small in diameter, there is no greater resistance to immersing the vibrator, the hole closes again when the vibrator is pulled out, but the vibration effect only extends to a relatively small part of the bulk material. To make the vibration effect more extensive,
the vibrator can be given a larger diameter. In this case, the bulk material to be displaced when the vibrator is immersed opposes this immersion with considerable resistance; the handling of the device becomes cumbersome, and when the device is pulled out the holes no longer close completely. These parts can be remedied in the vibrator according to the present invention.
The vibrator according to the invention has at least two elements suitable for immersion in bulk material, one of which is designed to generate vibration shocks, while the other element or elements are rigidly connected to the first element in order to receive the vibration shocks for transmission.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment in elevation; Figure 2 is a vertical section through the middle element in Figure 1; Fig. 3 shows in perspective the use of the first example for the production of perforated bricks and a perforated brick;
Fig. 4 shows in partial vertical section a second embodiment and Fig. 5 in elevation a third embodiment example of the vibrator: Fig. 6 shows in perspective another type of use of the first game Ausführungsbei.
The embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of three elements 1, 2 and 3. Of these, the first element 1 (shown in section in Fig. 2) is designed as a tubular body which is closed at the front at 4 and in which a rapidly rotating shaft 5 is provided on which an ex centric -lasse 6 increasing towards the closed pipe end is located. 5 'is. a flexible drive shaft for the shaft 5. The other elements 2 and 3: are also tubular and parallel to the element 1 at intervals by connecting means 7 and 8 rigidly connected to the element 1.
The connecting means are indicated by tabs, arms and screw connections; in practice, they receive such cross-sectional training. that they offer as little resistance as possible to the immersion of the vibrator in the bulk material.
Due to the rigid connection of the elements 2 and 3 with the element 1 generating the vibrations, the vibration shocks are also passed on to the elements 2 and 3, and the vibrations increase towards the front ends of the elements. If this vibrator is immersed in the bulk material, then vibrations are applied to a much larger part of the bulk material. than if only element 1 were immersed.
In Fig. 3 the use of the vibrating device according to FIGS. 1 and 2 for the manufacture of hollow stones is shown. The vibrating device passes through the mold 9, it being necessary for the front connecting means to be removable from the tubular elements. The elements 1, 2 and 3 simultaneously form the cores for the holes 10 of the hollow stone 11. Manufactured in this way (fixed hollow stones show high strength. Other hollow bodies could also be produced in this way.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, the element 1 generating the vibrations is surrounded by an open pipe 14 and rigidly connected to the latter by connecting means 15. Here, too, the connecting means extending in the radial direction knife or lenticular cross-section is given to reduce the resistance when the device is immersed in the bulk material.
When this vibrating device is immersed, vibrations are exerted at three points, on the outer circumference of the element 1 and on the inner and outer circumference of the pipe 14, and an effect is thus achieved which exceeds that of a device that has the diameter of the pipe 14 ; In addition, such a device would offer much greater resistance to immersion than the device shown.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the element 1 generating the vibrations has a further element 16 of smaller diameter as an extension in order to exert vibrations on the latter even at these points when space is limited, for example with reinforcements in the bulk material can. The extension could also be formed by a tube that with. its one end part is pushed onto the element 1.
The vibrating device described above according to FIGS. 1 and 2 can also be used as a vibration drive for other vibration methods. In such, in Fig. 6 ge showed application of the vibrator, the elements 1, 2 and 3 are mounted on a base plate 12 and the latter is attached to the formwork 13. In this way to give vibrations to the switched bulk material.
The base plate 12 could also be placed on top of the formwork or it could be located on a trough-shaped slide that is moved over a covering made of bulk material to be vibrated.
The advantages mentioned at the beginning of the vibrator according to the invention over the known are readily apparent from the above description.
