In den Rauchabzug von Öfen, Herden usw. einzubauende Wärmeaustausch-Vorrichtung. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung be trifft einen in den Rauchabzug von Öfen, Herden usw. einzubauende Wärmeaustausch vorrichtung, bei welcher die von der Feuer stelle kommenden, heissen Gase aus einer Ver teilerhaube durch eine Mehrzahl von die Wärme an die Zimmerluft abgebenden Roh ren in eine mit dem Kamin verbundene Sam- melhaube strömen.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die bei den Hauben gleichgeformte Gussstücke sind und Anschlussstutzen aufweisen, auf wel chem die Rohre auswechselbar und gasdicht sitzen.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt: Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorrichtung in Vorder ansicht, zum Teil im Vertikalschnitt, und Fig. 2 zeigt dieselbe im Grundriss bezw. im Horizontalschnitt.
Die dargestellte Vorrichtung weist eine Verteilerhaube 1 auf, in deren Zentrum ein Stutzen 2 vorgesehen ist, an dem das von der Feuerstelle kommende Rohr angeschlossen wird. Ferner besitzt die Haube 1 eine Mehr zahl von Anschlussstutzen 3, auf denen je ein Rohr 4 gasdicht sitzt. Die Rohre 4 sind zweckmässig aus Blech hergestellt. In die obern Enden der Rohre 4 ragen Anschluss stutzen 3' einer Sammelhaube 1', deren zen tral gelegener Stutzen 2' mit dem Kamin. in Verbindung steht.
Die Hauben 1 und 1' sind genau gleich geformte Gussstücke, auf deren Anschlussstutzen 3 bezw. 3' die Rohre 4 aus wechselbar angeordnet sind. Je nach Bedarf können kürzere oder längere Rohre 4 verwen det werden.
Die Hauben 1, 1' weisen Ansätze 5 auf, durch welche Verbindungsrohre 6 geführt sind, die je innerhalb einer Rohres 4 verlegt sind. Die Enden der Verbindungsrohre 6 sind mit Gewinde versehen, auf denen je eine Mutter 7 angeordnet ist. Durch Anziehen der letzteren wird die Vorrichtung zu einem starren, gasdicht schliessenden Ganzen ver einigt. Nach Lösen und Wegnehmen der Muttern 7 kann die Vorrichtung in ihre ein- zelnen Teile 1, 1', 4, 6 zerlegt und wenn nötig gut gereinigt werden.
Durch die Verbindungsrohre 6 findet eine Zirkulation von Raumluft statt, die sich in diesen Rohren während dem Durchströmen erwärmt.
Zum Zusammenhalten der Hauben könn ten auch andere Mittel, wie massive Bolzen usw., verwendet werden.
