Description

  

  Aus Rohren gebildete Eckverbindung.    Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung    ist  eine neuartige, aus Rohren gebildete     Eck-          verbindung,    die insbesondere -bei der Massen  fabrikation mit Vorteil zur     Anwendung     kommt, z. B. bei der Herstellung von Mö  beln, Gestellen, Bettstellen usw.  



  Die neue Eckverbindung ermöglicht mit  wenigen Teilen eine zuverlässige und auch  für hohe Beanspruchungen geeignete     Eck-          verbindung    aus Rohren zu schaffen. Die Ein  zelteile können in Serien leicht genau und       auswechselbar    hergestellt werden, so dass die  Herstellung der Eckverbindung keine Nach  arbeit und wenig Zeit beansprucht.  



  In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungs  beispiele des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    dar  gestellt; es zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Eckverbindung eines Rohres  mit drei     aneinanderstossenden    Rohren von  gleichem Durchmesser in Ansicht unter Weg  lassung des nach vorn gerichteten Rohres;       Fig.    2 ist     ein    Schnitt nach der Linie       II-II    der     Fig.    1,         Fig.    3 ,eine     Eckverbindung    mit schräg ge  stellten Rohren.  



  Mit einem Rohr 1     (Fig.    1 und 2) sind drei  Rohre 2, 3 und 4 von gleichem Durchmesser       verbunden.    Zur     Verbindung    dienen drei     Pass-          stücke    5, 6, 7, die alle gleich geformt sind  und gleiche Abmessungen besitzen. Jedes       Passstück    besitzt einen Schaft 8, der     gut     passend in einem Rohr 2, 3, 4 sitzt;     ferner     einen Kopf 9, dessen Durchmesser dem  Aussendurchmesser des Rohres 2, 3, 4 ent  spricht. Auf der     Stirnseite    besitzt der Kopf 9  eine zylindrische     Ausnehmung,    deren Radius  dem Aussendurchmesser des Rohres 1 ent  spricht.

   Die     Passstücke    5, 6 und 7 besitzen       Bohrungen    11, durch welche Schraubenbolzen  13     bezw.    14, beide von gleichem Durchmesser,  geführt sind. Die Bolzen 13     und    14 sind da  bei durch Bohrungen des Rohres 1 geführt.  Im Innern des Rohres 1 sitzt gut passend ein  Kern 15 mit einer durchgehenden Bohrung  16, in welcher der Gewindebolzen 13 sitzt.

    Mit an seinen beiden Enden vorgesehenen       Muttern    17 werden die den Bolzen 13 um-      fasenden     Passstücke    5 und 7 an das Rohr 1       angepresst.    In einer     Querbohrung    18 des       Kernes    15 ist der     Gewindebolzen    14 ein  geschraubt.;     eine    an diesem vorgesehene  Mutter<B>19</B> presst das     Passstüek    6 an das  Rohr 1.  



  Die Rohre 2, 3, 4 sitzen passend auf den       Schäften    der     Passstücke    5, Ei, 7; sie sind mit  Nieten 20,     die    in     Löcher    21 der     Passstüeke          eingrleifen,        gesichert.     



  Die neue     Eel@verbindung    kann bei Rohren  mit beliebigem     Querschnitt,    z. B.     elliptisebexn,          viehekigen2        Querschnitt        Anwendung    finden.  Die     Eekverbindung    ist eine starre. Da die       dar"-estellten        Passstücke,    die Bolzen und       Muttern    alle unter sich     gleich    sind, wird die       Ecl@verbindun-    in der     Ilerstelhing    sehr billig.  



  Die an     das    Rohr 1 anzuschliessenden Rohre       können    auch in einem     andern    als rechten       'X'inkel    zueinander Stehen, soweit dies die  jeweiligen Abmessungen der Rohre erlauben.    Ferner können die am Rohr 1 zu befestigen  den Rohre, wie     Fig.    3 zeigt, in     bezug    auf       ersteres    schräg gestellt sein und unter sich  einen beliebigen Winkel einschliessen.



  Corner connection formed from tubes. The subject matter of the present invention is a new type of corner connection formed from tubes, which is particularly useful in mass production, e.g. B. in the manufacture of furniture, frames, bedsteads, etc.



  The new corner connection makes it possible to create a reliable corner connection from pipes that is also suitable for high loads with just a few parts. The individual parts can easily be produced precisely and interchangeably in series, so that the production of the corner connection requires no rework and little time.



  In the drawing, two execution examples of the subject invention are provided; 1 shows a corner connection of a tube with three mutually abutting tubes of the same diameter in view, omitting the forwardly directed tube; Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of Fig. 1, Fig. 3, a corner connection with obliquely ge placed pipes.



  With a pipe 1 (Fig. 1 and 2) three pipes 2, 3 and 4 of the same diameter are connected. Three fitting pieces 5, 6, 7 are used for the connection, all of which are shaped identically and have the same dimensions. Each fitting piece has a shaft 8 which fits snugly in a tube 2, 3, 4; also a head 9, the diameter of which corresponds to the outer diameter of the pipe 2, 3, 4 ent speaks. On the front side, the head 9 has a cylindrical recess, the radius of which corresponds to the outer diameter of the pipe 1 ent.

   The fitting pieces 5, 6 and 7 have holes 11 through which screw bolts 13 respectively. 14, both of the same diameter, are guided. The bolts 13 and 14 are there passed through holes in the tube 1. A core 15 with a through hole 16 in which the threaded bolt 13 is seated fits well inside the tube 1.

    With nuts 17 provided at its two ends, the fitting pieces 5 and 7 surrounding the bolts 13 are pressed onto the pipe 1. In a transverse bore 18 of the core 15, the threaded bolt 14 is screwed; a nut <B> 19 </B> provided on this presses the fitting piece 6 onto the pipe 1.



  The tubes 2, 3, 4 fit snugly on the shafts of the fitting pieces 5, egg, 7; they are secured with rivets 20, which grind into holes 21 of the fitting pieces.



  The new Eel @ connection can be used for pipes with any cross-section, e.g. B. elliptisebexn, viehekigen2 cross-section application. The eek connection is a rigid one. Since the fittings shown, the bolts and nuts are all the same, the Ecl @ connection is very cheap in the Ilerstelhing.



  The pipes to be connected to the pipe 1 can also be at an angle other than right 'X' to one another, provided the respective dimensions of the pipes permit. Furthermore, the tubes to be attached to the tube 1, as shown in FIG. 3, can be inclined with respect to the former and include any angle below.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Aus Rohren gebildete Eckverbindung, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass in jedem der mit dem Rohr (1) zu verbindenden Rohre ein Passstück eingesetzt ist, das am Rohr (1) passend anliegt und durch einen Schrauben bolzen mit einem im Rohr (1) liegenden Kern verbunden ist. UNTERANSPRUCH: Aus Rohren gebildete Eckverbindung nach Patentanspruch, bei welchem die Rohre (2, 4) in ,einem andern als rechten Winkel zueinander stehen.
