Compression refrigeration system. The invention relates to a compression refrigeration system in which the compressor, its drive motor and the condenser are combined into one block: The purpose of the invention is to reduce the manufacturing costs of such a system, and to reduce its weight and space requirements to a min to press down as much.
For this purpose, according to the present invention, the tubular condenser, together with supports attached to the same, also forms the foundation for the compressor and its drive motor, and the condenser is divided by a partition into an oil separator and a condensation chamber containing a cooling coil this partition is designed in such a way that the refrigerant vapors can flow over directly from the oil separation space into the condensation space,
where they flow around the cooling coil.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing, which shows an exemplary embodiment of the former. 1 shows a side view of the compressor and its drive machine, as well as an axial longitudinal section through the condenser, and FIG. 2 is a section along the line II-H in FIG.
1 denotes a compressor in a refrigeration plant, which is driven by an electric motor 2. 3 designates the suction line and 4 the pressure line of this compressor 1 which, together with its drive motor 2 and a tubular condenser 5, forms a block. In the following, 6 designates supports which are firmly connected to the condenser 5, that is to say form a whole with it. This whole, consisting of parts 5, 6, forms the foundation for parts 1, 2.
The tubular condenser 5 is subdivided by an intermediate wall 7 into an oil separation space 8 and a condensation space 9, this intermediate wall 7 being formed in that a recess 10 is provided in it that the through the pressure line 4 into the Oil separation chamber 8 can flow refrigerant vapors through the opening 10 directly from the room 8 into the condensation chamber 9,
where they flow around the cooling coil 11 located entirely in this space 9. The oil which separates out in the space 8 returns from there through a tube 12 to the compressor 1.
Since the condenser 5 of the system shown together with the supports G also forms the foundation for the compressor 1 and its drive motor 2 and also has an oil separator space 8 that is separate from the condensation chamber 9, it is possible to create one consisting of a compressor, drive motor for this and liquefaction To obtain block of low weight and quite crowded on construction, which is also cheap to manufacture as a result.
