Gasturbinenanlage.
Gas turbine plant. The invention relates to a gas turbine system in which a oxygen enthaling working medium is compressed in at least one turbo compressor, whereupon part of the compressed working medium is heated in a combustion chamber and another part does not take part in the combustion and is routed around the combustion chamber and by heat exchange from first part is acquired.
The novelty of the invention is that the part of the working fluid heated in the combustion chamber and the part of the working fluid heated by heat exchange are released separately from one another by means of a parallel flow. By separating the two parts it is. possible to relieve the components of the system from thermal stress.
A particularly extensive relief of thermal stress is ensured if both parts of the work are passed through a surface heat exchanger, which transfers the heat from the part passed through the combustion chamber to the part passed around the combustion chamber transmits so far that at the outlet from the heat exchanger the parts of the working fluid have essentially the same temperature.
It has already been proposed in gas turbine systems to lead part of the compressed, oxygen-containing working medium into a combustion chamber and to pass the other part around the combustion chamber for cooling. The part of the working medium that is passed past the combustion chamber then flows into a jacket placed around the combustion gas line to cool the combustion gas line to the turbine.
In the blading of the turbine, the part of the working fluid used for cooling mixed with the heated part of the working fluid. This proposal has the disadvantage that, particularly in the blades of the first rings, as a result of the mixing of the two parts of the working medium, inadmissibly high temperature differences occurred, and because temperature stresses occurred as a result. The turbine housing was also at risk of warping.
The operational hazards are eliminated if the parts of the work equipment are relaxed separately from one another in a parallel flow.
There is the possibility of supplying part of the working fluid to another combustion chamber after a first relaxation and then transferring heat to another part of the working fluid in a further heat exchanger to such an extent that the two parts exit the heat exchanger before further relaxation of the working fluid have essentially the same temperature.
If the relaxation is to be divided into at least two stages, it is advisable to let the work equipment do the work necessary for compression in a first stage and, after intermediate heating, to use it to the outside in a second stage for useful output.
A gas turbine system according to the invention can expediently be supplemented by a supercharging group consisting of a turbine and a fan, the turbine of which is acted upon by working medium which has already been used to perform work. It is recommended that the part of the work equipment that passes through the combustion chamber is fed to a dust separator.
The two parts of the working fluid are advantageously passed through this heat exchange in countercurrent.
The invention also makes it possible to free the part of the working fluid passed through the combustion chamber from impurities in a dust separator, because the combustion gases after the heat exchange have a temperature that is no longer harmful to the dust separator.
Furthermore, it is possible to pass a larger part of the working fluid through the system as pure air, so that the important parts of the system, in particular special turbines and recuperators, are protected from contamination.
The separation of the working medium in one part, which is passed through the combustion chamber, and in another part, which does not take part in the combustion, also enables the combustion gases to be passed through the system separately from the still pure air, so that suitable machines and heat exchangers can be used for the combustion base. Also lets.
the working fluid not involved in the combustion can be reused after recooling in the system so that the compression energy still contained in it can be used.
Two embodiments of the subject invention are simplified on the drawing, shown.
Fig. 1 shows an example in which the heated in the combustion chamber, part of the work means and the part heated by heat exchange he is relaxed separately in special turbines.
2 shows a further example in which a special supercharging turbo unit is also provided.
The turbo compressor 1 (Fig.l) sucks in air through the nozzle 2 and compresses it with intermediate cooling in the cooler 3. The compressed air flows through the line 4 into the recuperator 5 and enters the combustion chamber 9.
There are special turbines 12 and 20 for processing the heated air and a special turbine 14 for processing the combustion gas. The air expands in the high pressure turbine 12, while the combustion gas after cleaning in the separator 13 respectively. 21 enters the turbine 14.
From the high-pressure turbine 12, the working air passes into the line 15, then into the intermediate heating device 7a, which works in exactly the same way as the heating device 7.
E is in turn directed a part of the air into the combustion chamber 17 in order to be heated up by the supply of fuel through the line 10a and then to flow through the heat spreader 19, while the remaining part. or air enters the space 18 and is brought to a higher temperature by the heat spreader 19.
Part of the combustion gas arrives. now via the remote 21 and through the line 22 into the turbine 14, while the air in the low-pressure turbine 20 is expanded further.
The high-pressure turbine 12 and the gas turbine 14, which are coupled together via gears 34, 35, 36, drive the turbo compressor 1, while the low-pressure turbine 20 drives the generator 26. After exit, the turbine 20 is supplied with the air through the line 24 to the recuperator 5, while the exhaust gas .the turbine 14 through the line 23 as well. enters the recuperator 5. However, this gas flows through special heat exchange elements of the recuperator 5 (e.g.
Pipes or bags), so it is not mixed with the air. Such a mixture only takes place in the outlet connection 25, through which the entire working medium leaves the system.
In Fig. 2, a special turbo unit (yat, consisting of exhaust gas turbine 41 and supercharger 44, is provided, which charges the rest of the system 1, 12, 14, 20 to a higher pressure. The fan 44 sucks in the working medium, for example air , through the nozzle 43, compressed with intermediate cooling in the intercooler 45 and it leads to the main compressor 1 with further cooling in the cooler 46 in a strongly compressed state (z. B. with 4 at).
The main compressor 1 is now through its Lei device 39 from the recuperator 5, the exhaust air c of the never, derdruckturbine 20 also out, which represents a much larger amount of air.
Thereafter, the work process of the system takes place similar to that in the case of FIG. 2, only that the entire work process takes place in a higher pressure range. After the main compressor 1 has driven air through the recuperator 5 in) the line 6, part of the air is heated by the 5 heat spreader 11 in the space 8 and introduced into the turbine 12.
Another part of the air flows through the combustion chamber and receives fuel through the nozzle 10. The combustion gas is also passed through the heat spreader 11 so that both parts of the working medium are brought to approximately the same temperature.
The combustion gases, which are cleaned by a dust separator 13, can be fed to the turbine 14. The combustion gas, after it has expanded in the turbine 14 to approximately the same pressure that prevails in the line 15, is fed through a line 16 to the combustion chamber 17. Then that happens.
Gas that has been heated again here by further combustion, exactly as in FIG. 2, through the heat exchanger 19, the dust separator 21 and the line 22 back into the turbine 14.
In this embodiment, too, the combustion gas flows through the recuperator 5 in heat exchange elements which are separated from the elements through which pure air flows. It then passes through line 40 into turbine 41, which it leaves through line 42. The turbine 41 drives Ida's fan 44.
Any difference in performance is compensated for by the electric motor 47. The pure air, however, which has been processed in the turbines 12 and 20, passes through the line 37 into the cooler 38 and is then fed back to the fan 1 through the device 39.
So that the pressure in the combustion chamber 17 and in the chamber 18 is at least approximately the same, a valve 27 was provided that allows air to flow over from the chamber 18 into the chamber 17 as soon as: the pressure in the chamber 18 is significantly higher. If, on the other hand, the pressure in space 17 is temporarily greater than in space 18, the slide 29 is lifted under the influence of the membrane 28. The membrane 28 is through the line 17a and: 18a under the influence or pressures in the spaces 17 and 18 brought.
If pressure oil is normally continuously passed through the lines 29a and 29b via a piston 30, this piston 30 is relieved as soon as the slide 29 is lifted. The piston 30 is connected to a valve 31 which, as soon as the piston is unloaded, lets gases from the line 22 flow over through the lines 32 and 33 directly into the line 23, so that the pressure in the line 22 and thus finally also in room 17 is reduced.
This entire device only comes into operation if the approximate equality of the pressures in the spaces 17 and 18, which is given by the dimensioning of the individual parts of the system, should be temporarily disturbed.
The invention makes it possible that the high pressures prevailing on both sides of the heat exchange elements are essentially the same, which on the one hand results in an excellent heat transfer and on the other hand limits the mechanical stress on the heat exchange to a minimum remains, which results in very small and light heat exchange surfaces.
Furthermore, fuels which form fly ash, such as coal dust, can be processed economically in plants which are carried out according to the invention. Dust separators can then be used in the manner described without the pressure drop caused by these apparatuses extending to the total amount of the working medium.
