Sehleusvorrichtung an Vakuumapparaten fär fliessendes Trockengut.
Stelle der vorher be- schriebenen.
Sehleus device on vacuum devices for flowing dry goods. The invention relates to a lock device on vacuum apparatus for flowing dry material.
For the transfer of flowing dry material, e.g. B. grains, oil seeds and the like. You have either used rotary locks in the form of a cell drum or cone valves.
The disadvantage of the cell drums was that they could not be used to achieve an absolutely tight seal against the atmosphere. In the case of the cone valves, the disadvantage is on the one hand that the throughflow opening for the drying is well impaired by the valves, and also that in many cases the same cannot be pressed onto their seal by the atmosphere in the case of the transfer devices, because they are lifted above is not possible for reasons of safe passage of the dry material.
In contrast, the invention consists in the use of flat slides for sol che lock devices, whereby various advantages can be achieved.
1. If the passage opening is completely free from such slides; 2. The atmosphere can also be used for pressing the slide onto the seal; 3. the overall height of such sluice devices can be kept lower in comparison with the previously mentioned ones; 4. These facilities can be made cheaper.
The drawing shows some execution forms of the subject invention.
In Fig. 1, the outlet of a loading container is denoted by a, from which the dry is to be channeled well into the vacuum container b; c is the upper flat slide, which is operated mechanically, hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically, d is the lower flat slide, which is designed in the same way. When introducing the slider c is first opened until the space between the slides is well filled with dry and then closed again sen.
Then the gap is sucked up by an air pump e until the same vacuum as inside the vacuum container b is sufficient, then the slide d is opened, the goods are introduced and the slide is closed again. The same procedure is followed when discharging.
Fig. 2 shows the constructive development of such a flat slide. Herein, f denotes the flat slide, which in this case is hydraulically actuated, g is an annular elastic seal which is glued onto the flat slide or fastened in some other suitable manner. 1r is a fixed ring made of iron or other suitable material, which BEZW at the upper end of the lock container. Vakuumbehäl age is arranged .. When below the two flat slides, the arrangement for the hy draulisehe actuation in the lock chamber is respectively. included in the vacuum space.
In Fig. 3 and 3a, a further constructive design of the slide is shown. i denotes a @ Vinlzeleisenr.thmen with oblique slots p. which runs on a U-shaped curved guide rail Z and is operated by a hydraulic drive. Jaws n2, which carry a bolt, sit on slide f.
These bolts engage in the inclined slots p of the angle iron frame. If the angle iron frame i is now in Fio-. 3 is pulled to the right, the slide f is removed from the sealing ring 1r by means of the bolts n . only raised, until it comes to a standstill over the counterpart. In this position, the bolts n. Have placed themselves in the recess p 'of the inclined slots so that the slide can no longer slide down into them.
As the angle iron frame moves further to the right, the slide is taken along and opens the passage opening. On the other hand, when the slide is closed, it is pressed against the joint position q and the bolts are lifted from the recess p of the inclined slots above its apex and, as the angle frame i moves further, through the inclined slots in the same by means of the
The bolt is pressed onto the sealing ring h. In this position, the oblique slots still leave enough play for the bolts n downwards that, as the vacuum increases, further compression of the rubber seal is made possible by the atmosphere.
This design of the slide according to Fig. 3 and 3a is applied to the lower of the two flat slide in Fig. \ _ ?. while for the top of the same on the angle iron frame z .a gate valve plate r is placed, so that there is ent by a double slide according to FIG.
This upper slide plate r has the purpose of absorbing the pressure of the grain from the feed container for the dry material, so that the slide plate e f can be lifted off depending on its seal, as previously described.
When the upper slide is designed as a double slide according to FIG. 4, the dry material can generally not be removed directly from the container, but a measuring chamber s, the actual lock chamber, according to FIG. 5 must be connected upstream. The actuation of this device then takes place in such a way that the metering slide t is first pulled and closed again after the measuring space s has been filled with dry material, whereupon the further actuation of the upper and lower flat slide takes place as described above.
Appropriately, a height-adjustable ring tt is arranged above the lower flat slide, which is designed as a simple slide, in order to enable on the one hand to love this slide, on the other hand to guide the dry material through the through-lock opening . In the case of the outlet locks, the arrangement is made in such a way that the rubber seal is arranged in a stationary manner above the slide plate.
When the slide is operated, the same is first pressed through the inclined slots in the guide against the sealing surface and then further pressed on by the atmosphere.
Another embodiment of the invention is that 'on. Position of the previously described. Sealing rings made of metal or other solid material, sealing rings made of soft rubber, in particular so-called foam rubber, are used.
Experiments have shown that relatively wide sealing surfaces made of foam rubber, in which both sealing rings g and h are made from this material and have a width of w up to 5 cm, parts of the dry material are enclosed by the rubber, so that an absolute seal can be achieved even under such difficult conditions.
In addition, the arrangement of brushes on the flat slide bern, which brush off these seals when the slide is moved, is particularly advantageous in this embodiment. These brushes are conveniently arranged in such a way that one brush is attached in the middle and a second brush at the end of the same on the side of the slide facing the seal. In the formation of the outlet locks, in which the seals are fixed in place, the one shown in FIG. 5 is used. Ring u designed as a ring brush.
The descriptions described are only intended to serve as examples of the constructive through education according to the invention and can bezw in particular the operation of the lift. of pressing in other ge suitable manner, for. B. with the help of rollers, which slide on inclined planes, or by means of eccentrics, which can be rotated, or finally also be done pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically.
In the latter embodiment, suitable pressure pistons would be coupled to the hydraulic longitudinal actuation of the slide that BEZW before the start. after completion of the lateral displacement of the slide, the height movement of the same is actuated.
