Zerlegbare ILolben-Injektionsspritze.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ansicht desselben.
Dismountable i-plunger injection syringe.
The present invention relates to a collapsible plunger injection syringe which has a nozzle piece on its head held by means of a clamping device on the syringe cylinder for receiving the injection cannula and is characterized by the fact that the cannula piece on the end of the syringe cylinder facing it in an articulated adjustable seat is sealed. The cannula piece expediently has a convex seat surface which cooperates with a correspondingly concave seat surface on the end of the syringe cylinder facing the needle piece.
The sealing parts are thus given mobility. so that when the tensioning device is tightened it automatically moves into its ri. in the correct position and the pressure on the cylinder is evenly distributed over the entire circumference. The adjustable seat makes it possible to achieve absolute tightness on the ranula piece.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the instrument, and
Fig. 2 shows a view of the same.
A glass cylinder 1 is surrounded at both ends by parts of a pulse 2 which are connected to one another by two webs and which expose most of the glass cylinder 1 to view. A scale indicating the contents of the syringe is inset on the glass cylinder. A displaceable piston 3 provided with a handle rod 3a is fitted in the cylinder 1, which, when pulled out, hits a cover 4 screwed onto the sleeve 2 and is thus secured against falling out. At the head of the syringe, a stop for limiting the injection movement of the plunger 3 is provided, which is used, as usual, to accommodate the cannula, not shown.
The cannula piece 5 has a convex seat 5a. It is by means of a union nut 6 screwed onto the sleeve 2 on the connector 5 facing the Kan, with; an end of the cylinder 1 provided with a correspondingly concave seat surface. By virtue of the design of the seat surfaces lying on top of one another on the cannula piece 5 and on the cylinder 1, which form an articulated, adjustable seat, complete tightness between the cannula piece and the cylinder is made possible when the union nut 6 is tightened.
For sterilization, for example using a hot air liana, the union nut 6 can be loosened slightly in order to relax the glass cylinder in order to prevent a breakage caused by expansion stress.
The instrument can be completely dismantled, since no solder is used to attach the needle piece, which is essential for thorough cleaning.
On the sleeve 2, the wrestler support 8 is longitudinally displaceable and is held in the rear end position by means of a lug lock. This finger support 8 can engage with two teeth 9 in notches 10 of the union nut in order to serve as a key to unscrew if the nut should get stuck for any reason.
The described design of the seating surfaces on the cannula piece and on the syringe cylinder can be used for piston injection syringes of all types and sizes, as well as wound and bladder syringes.
