Scharnierband.
Hinge. In the main patent, a hinge is be written, which has one of two cross the main hinges formed main joint, seen in the direction of the Ge joint axes, one end of each band is hinged directly to a hinge plate, while the other end with each a control band is articulated, which in turn is connected by means of a second hinge plate joint lying parallel to the first hinge plate with one or the other with the second hinge plate, in such a way that
that during the closing process the main hinge executes an inevitable parallel displacement to itself into the inside of the hinge due to the double hinge effect. This hinge is composed of six components, not including the axle pins, which Be components can be different from each other in their shape.
The subject of the present invention is a further development of the subject of the invention described in the main patent, characterized in that two of the six hinge components have exactly the same shape and the same configuration.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, namely Figs. 1-6 each show a cross section according to II, Fig. 7-12 each a cross section according to II-II, Fig. 13-18 each have an associated view of the six individual hinge components without hinge pins.
The first hinge plate 1 is provided with the screw holes 2 for attachment to one of the parts to be connected. The hinge joint closer to the screw holes mentioned has three coaxial Ge steering eyes 3 projecting over the hinge plate, which are separated from one another by means of the recesses 4 therebetween and the top hinge eye 3 is half as long as the other two, while the two above Recesses 4 are also half as long as the lower hinge eyes 3. The lowest recess 4 is half as long as the two upper ones.
The hinge joint located further away from the screw holes 2 also has three coaxial hinge eyes 5 projecting over the hinge plate 1, which are symmetrically opposite the recesses 4 and are of the same length as the recesses 6 separating them. The top recess 6 is half as long as the lower. The lowermost hinge eyelet 5 has the same length as the uppermost recess 6. The arrangement of this hinge joint is therefore such that the hinge eyelets 5 are opposite the recesses 4 and the hinge eyelets 3 are opposite the recesses 6.
The first control band 7 has on both sides symmetrically arranged hinge eyes 8 and 9 formed by the Ösenbänder 10, which are arranged so that the eyelets 10 fit into the recesses 4 of the hinge plate 1, which means that the between the Eyelets 10 are twice as long in front of existing distances than those. It also results that the lowest eyelet band 10 is half as long as the upper one, while the uppermost recess of the first control band is half as long as the lower one.
By means of the stop strips 11 provided on the control belt 7, it is prevented that the hinge belt can be pivoted beyond an open position. The first main hinge band 12 is angled according to FIGS. 3 and 9 and has three hinge flaps 13, at the end of which the downwardly directed) eyelet straps 14 are arranged with coaxial eyelets 15, which eyelet straps 14 fit into the recesses 6 of the hinge plate 1 and to this Purposes are separated from each other by the recesses 16.
The division of the eyelet strips 14 and the recesses 16 corresponds to that of the hinge joint 5, 6, for which reason the uppermost joint flap 13 and the lowest recess 16 are half as long as the remaining joint flaps 13 and recesses 16 of equal length. The main hinge eyes are arranged in the flap base, which lies approximately in the middle of the width of the main hinge bar 12.
The recesses 16 symmetrically opposite are seen at the other end of the main hinge 12 eyelet straps 18, which are separated from each other by the recesses 19, the two lower recesses being half as long as the two upper eyelet straps 18. The bottom eyelet strap 18 is half as long long than the upper eyelet straps 18. The uppermost recess 19 is half as long as the two below.
The second main hinge 12 'has exactly the same shape and the same design as the first main hinge 12; for the assembly of the hinge it is to be used according to FIGS. 4, 10 and 16 in a position rotated by 180 degrees with respect to the first main hinge. Accordingly, it is equipped with hinge tabs 13 ', eyelet straps 14' and 18 ', eyelets 15', recesses 16 'and 19' and main hinge eyes 17 '.
The second control band 7 'is exactly the same in education and shape with the first control band 7 and is used according to FIG. 17 for assembly in a position rotated by 180 degrees in relation to this. Accordingly, it has the corresponding hinge eyes 8 'and 9', eye straps 10 'and stop strips 11'.
In a relative to the first hinge plate 1 rotated by 180 degrees, the second hinge plate 1 'is mounted of the same shape and the same training, which is similarly equipped with screw holes 2', hinge eyes 3 'and 5', recesses 4 'and 6' .
The composition of the components shown in Fig. 1 to 18 for the usable hinge band is made in the manner described in the main patent.
Without deviating from the essence of the present invention, one and the same hinge joint, equipped in the exemplary embodiment with three joint sections located in the same axis, can have more or fewer such joint sections.
In terms of production technology, it means a great simplification that two of the six components (not including the axle pins) have the same shape and the same design.
