Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 208950.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  wertvollen     Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man       Athyloxäthylaminobenzol,    die     Diazoverbin-          dung    des     1-Amino-2-methoxy-4-nitrobenzols     und     Bernsteinsäureanhydrid    derart aufeinan  der einwirken lässt,

   dass der saure Bernstein  säureester des     Äthyloxäthylaminobenzols    ge  bildet wird und der     Diazorest    in     4-Stellung     zur tertiären     Aminogruppe    eintritt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein  dunkles Pulver, das sich in Form eines Al  kalisa.lzes in Wasser mit roter Farbe löst und       Acetatkunstseide        aus    wässriger Lösung in  roten Tönen färbt.  



       Beispiel:     In die     Diazolösung,    die man aus 168 Teilen       1-Amino-2-methoxy-4-nitrobenzol    herstellt,  trägt man 265 Teile des sauren Bernstein  säureesters des     Äthyloxäthylaminobenzols,     erhalten durch Umsetzung von     Bernstein-          säureanhydrid    mit     Athyloxäthylaminoben-          zol,    der in Form einer     wässrigen    Lösung eines       Ammoniumsalzes    vorliegt, ein. Man führt die  Kupplung     durch    längeres Rühren zu Ende    und kann auch allenfalls neutralisierende  Mittel, wie z.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Äthyloxäthylaminobenzol, die Diazoverbin- dung des 1- Amino-2-methoxy-4-nitrobenzols und Bernsteinsäureanhydrid derart aufein ander einwirken lässt, dass der saure Bern steinsäureester des Äthyloxäthylaminobenzols gebildet wird und der Diazorest in 4-Stel- lung zur tertiären Aminogruppe eintritt.
