Lösbare Verbindung an winkelig zusammenstossenden Bauteilen.
Die For men- bezw.
Detachable connection on components that meet at an angle. The invention relates to a solution bare connection to angularly abutting components. These components can, for example, be parts of molds for the shaping of plastic masses or construction parts of demountable barracks, etc.
According to the invention, share on the construction, adjacent to the joint, each a wedge piece arranged on the side of the raised angle, over which a wedge bracket, the wedge pieces enclosing, extends, where in the lying on the inside of the wedge bracket wedge surfaces with wedge surfaces of both wedge pieces cooperate, the whole thing in such a way that when the bracket is pushed onto the wedge pieces, both the construction parts under each other and a component and one leg of the bracket are pulled against each other.
The invention is shown in the drawing in one embodiment.
The figures show: Fig. 1 a plan view of a form made up of two angles that are put together, the legs of which are mitred at the corners and are connected to the device, Fig. 2 diagram from below of a wedge bracket for use in corner joints, Fig. 3 diagram of an angular molding with wedge pieces, Fig. 4 Application of the device in a column formwork with angular corner joints.
Fig. 1 shows two devices according to the invention, in which the wedge pieces 3 are attached to two molded parts 1 and wel che pieces each consist of a wedge bracket 2 and two wedge 3. The devices are diagonally opposite each other and the mold parts are mitred at the connection points. A wedge piece 3 is attached to a molded part 1, the joint neigh disclosed, on the side of the raised angle of the abutting molded parts angeord net. The web 4 of the bracket 2 is angular.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the wedge 3 is fastened to the surface of the mold part, but it can also be arranged sunk in the mold part. It has a wedge surface 14. The wedge surface 14 is inclined on two sides, once from bottom to top the abutment surface 5 (Fig. 3) of the mold part to which the wedge is attached is rising: furthermore, the wedge surface is opposite in relation to the shape from the outside to the inside the impact surface 5 tends to ge by the wedge 3 is undercut.
The simultaneous inclination in two different directions can be achieved in different ways, namely in that the wedge pieces, as can be clearly seen in FIGS. 3 and 4, are truncated pyramidal or in the form of a prism.
In the first case, the edges lying between the mutually perpendicular sides of the truncated pyramid are arranged lying parallel to the abutment surfaces 5 of the molded parts; in the second case, those between the mutually perpendicular side surfaces of the prism-shaped wedge piece are oblique to the abutment surfaces 5 of the Molded parts arranged.
The wedge surfaces 14 of the wedge pieces 3 we ken with wedge surfaces 8, which are on the inside of the bracket 2, together. Each leg 7 of the bracket 2 is designed as a wedge with a wedge surface 8. The bracket 2 extends over the raised) corner and encloses the two wedge pieces 3. The form and / or. Structural parts are firmly connected by simply throwing the wedge bracket over the wedge pieces, without the need to drive the wedge bracket in any way, in that both the components under each other and a component and a leg 7 of the bracket are pulled against each other in pairs.
