  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Harnstoffderivates.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Harn  stoffderivates der Formel

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     2-Amino-          4,4'-dichlor-1,1'-diphenyläther-2'-sulfonsäure     mit     Phosgen    umsetzt. Das neue Harnstoff  derivat bildet als     Natriumsalz    ein weisses,  gut wasserlösliches Pulver, das sich zur Ver  wendung als Mottenschutzmittel eignet.

           Beispiel:       17,8 Teile     2-Amino-4,4'-dichlor-1,1'-di-          phenyläther-2'-sulfonsäure    werden in 200 Tei  len Wasser mit der nötigen Menge 10     o/oiger          Sodalösung    in Lösung gebracht. Dazu gibt  man 30 Teile kristallisiertes     Natriumacetat     hinzu und leitet bei 40-50' C     Phosgen    ein,  bis eine Probe kein freies Amin mehr anzeigt.  Das abgeschiedene Produkt wird mit     Soda       genau neutralisiert und das     Natriumsalz    des  neuen     Harnstoffderivates    durch Zusatz von  gesättigter Kochsalzlösung abgeschieden.

   Es  wird nach dem Abtrennen, Trocknen und  Mahlen als weisses, schön kristallines, gut  wasserlösliches Pulver erhalten. Die Aus  beute ist quantitativ.
