Description
Scheibe an Kreiselmaschinen, insbesondere Gas- oder Dampfturbinen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine umlaufende oder feststehende Scheibe an Kreiselmaschi nen, insbesondere Dampf- oder Gasturbinen, die mit ihrem Träger (Welle oder Gehäuse) durch ein elastisches Dichtungsglied verbun den und beiderseits vom Arbeitsmittel beauf- schlagt ist, wobei jedoch die Temperaturen zu beiden Seiten der Scheibe verschieden sind.
Bei Scheiben von grossem Durchmesser mit grossem einseitigen Überdruck, die ausserdem noch im Gebiete hoher Temperaturen arbei ten, sind ,die Beanspruchungen des elastischen Dichtungsgliedes besonders hoch. Um diese Beanspruchungen herabzusetzen, soll gemäss der Erfindung das Dichtungsglied auf der jenigen Seite der Scheibe angeordnet werden, die zu dem Raum niedriger Temperatur ge hört. Hierdurch kann, wenn die gleiche Be anspruchung des Dichtungselementes zu gelassen wird, infolge der niedrigen Tempe ratur entweder das Dichtungsglied dünner, also elastischer ausgeführt werden, oder man kann mit einem Werkstoff auskommen, der billiger und leichter zu beschaffen ist.
Ausser dem besteht die Möglichkeit, den Werkstoff nach besonderen Anforderungen zu wählen (Rostsicherheit, Säurefestigkeit und dergl.).
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist in der Abbildung dargestellt. Es bezeichnet 1,die Welle, 2 eine doppelt be- schaufelte Laufscheibe einer Dampfturbine mit den aus dem Material der Scheibe her ausgearbeiteten Schaufelringen 3. Zur Ver bindung zwischen Scheibe und Welle ist ein elastisches Dichtungsglied 4 vorgesehen. Die Beaufschlagung der Scheibe 2 ist derart, dass im Raum 5 hoher Druck und hohe Tempe ratur, im Raum 6 dagegen niedriger Druck und niedrige Temperatur herrschen.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist, das Dichtungsglied 4 so angeordnet, dass es im Raum 6 vor der niedrigen Temperatur liegt. Befestigt ist das Dichtungselement 4 an der Scheibe 2 durch eine Schraubenverbindung 7 und an der Welle 1 durch eine Anpressverbin- dung B. Eine Knaggenverbindung 9 dient der Übertragung des Drehmomentes von der Scheibe 2 auf die Welle 1, so dass der Ring 4 von Drehmomentsbeanspruchungen entlastet ist.
In dem Ausführungsbeispiel ist an genommen, dass das Arbeitsmittel zunächst die auf der Seite höheren Druckes angeord nete Beschaufelung radial von innen nach aussen und anschliessend die auf der Seite niederen Druckes angeordnete Besehaufelun- radial von aussen nach innen durchströmt. Das Arbeitsmittel gelangt nach durchgeführter Entspannung in den Raum 6 und wird von hier aus weitergeleitet. Das Ausführungs beispiel zeigt, dass das Dichtungselement der art angeordnet ist, dass es vom strömenden Arbeitsmittel bespült wird.

In the case of disks of large diameter with a large overpressure on one side, which also work in areas of high temperatures, the stresses on the elastic sealing member are particularly high. In order to reduce these stresses, according to the invention, the sealing member should be arranged on the side of the disc that belongs to the low temperature room. As a result, if the same loading of the sealing element is allowed to, due to the low tempe temperature either the sealing member can be made thinner, so more elastic, or you can get by with a material that is cheaper and easier to obtain.
There is also the option of choosing the material according to special requirements (rust resistance, acid resistance and the like).
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the figure. It denotes 1, the shaft, 2 a double-bladed rotor disk of a steam turbine with the blade rings 3 made from the material of the disk. An elastic sealing member 4 is provided for the connection between disk and shaft. The application of the disk 2 is such that in space 5 high pressure and high tempe temperature, whereas in space 6 there is low pressure and low temperature.
According to the invention, the sealing member 4 is arranged so that it is in the space 6 before the low temperature. The sealing element 4 is fastened to the disk 2 by a screw connection 7 and to the shaft 1 by a pressing connection B. A lug connection 9 is used to transmit the torque from the disk 2 to the shaft 1 so that the ring 4 is relieved of torque loads is.
In the exemplary embodiment, it is assumed that the working medium initially flows through the blading arranged on the higher pressure side radially from the inside to the outside and then through the blading arranged on the lower pressure side radially from the outside to the inside. After the relaxation has been carried out, the work equipment arrives in room 6 and is forwarded from here. The embodiment example shows that the sealing element is arranged in such a way that it is flushed by the flowing working medium.
