Description
Process for the production of porous middle plates. It is known to use porous middle panels for plywood work, especially doors, which have corrugated elements.
In the method of manufacture of porous middle panels according to the invention, connecting elements such. B. flat fasteners and pipe layers, firmly united to form a block, which is then cut across the pipes in plates.
In this way, middle plates can be produced which have much greater stability than the known ones with corrugated elements, in that the pipe cross-section results in more favorable static conditions.
The drawing serves to explain an implementation example of this method and an embodiment of a manufactured according to this method, also he subject of the invention forming center plate.
Fig. 1 shows a corner piece of a center plate in front view; FIG. 2 is a top view of FIG. 1. 1 denotes the flat connecting elements, which consist, for example, of veneers and are aligned in the same direction. Between every two adjacent connecting elements 1 there is a pipe layer 2, which consists, for example, of joined cardboard pipes of a uniform diameter.
As a result, par allelic layers of material are formed which are glued together and thus firmly to one another. are united in one block.
A formed in this way, e.g. B. square block, is subsequently cut across the tubes in plates of their intended use Ge corresponding thickness, as indicated in Fig. 2, for example, by the dash-dotted line A-A. The front sides of the middle panels produced in this way are then covered by veneers.
Through the cylindrical pipes, which BEZW in one and the same pipe layer. If individual elements lie directly against each other and indirectly with respect to adjacent pipe layers, the plate is given high compressive strength and bending and warping of the plate are impossible.
Various materials can be used for the individual elements of the panel. For example, instead of tubes made of cardboard, tubes made of wood can be used. The manufacture of such wooden pipes is done by machine. For this purpose, soft wooden panels that are dampened under the influence of heat are used, which are wound round on spindles that have an axial slot for inserting the wooden panel. If necessary, the tubes could also be arranged offset to one another with respect to adjacent tube layers.
