Le sautoir 19 est muni de deux crans 18 et 18' qui déterminent les trois positions du poussoir 9 de la manière suivante: au re pos (position de marche de l'aiguille repré sentée à la fig. 1), la dent 17 s'appuie contre le premier cran 18; à la première pression exercée .sur le poussoir, la dent 17 saute le premier cran 18 et vient s'appuyer contre le second cran 18'; en même temps, l'extrémité du bras 5"' de la bascule est repoussée vers le centre par la rampe convexe 10"' du marteau et provoque l'arrêt de l'aiguille par désengrè- nement de la roue 4;
Stop and reset mechanism of a central seconds movement. The object of the present invention is a mechanism for stopping and resetting a central seconds movement, characterized in that it comprises a single pusher and means for breaking down the stroke of the pusher into two stages and to cause consecu tively by the effect of the actuation of said pusher in its two positions stopping and resetting the seconds hand.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, two embodiments of the mechanism forming the subject of the invention.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 has in the center a second hand (not shown) integral with a zeroing core 1 and a wheel 2 driven by a wheel 3 mounted on the axis of the second wheel of the finishing through of an intermediate wheel 4. This intermediate wheel is pivoted in the arm 5 'of a rocker 5, oscillating around a screw 6 and the stroke of which is limited by a stop screw 7, the flat head of which also serves to prevent a movement of the rocker in the vertical direction. "A spring 8 pressing on the arm 5" of the rocker tends to keep the intermediate wheel 4 in engagement with the second wheel 2.
A pusher, not shown, acting coaxially with the winding stem, rests on the end of the arm 10 'of a hammer lever 10 pivoted at 11, the head 10 "of which is intended to cooperate with the heart 1 for zeroing of the needle in the center. The hammer 10. is under the influence of a spring 12 tending to maintain it in the position shown, a position which it cannot exceed thanks to the stop pin 13 .
The hammer lever 10 acts on the rocker 5 by means of an auxiliary lever 14 pivoted at 15, the long arm of which bears laterally on the end of the arm 5 "'of the rocker. The hammer 10 actuates the lever. auxiliary lever 14 by a pin 16 forced perpendicularly into its lower surface and cooperating with a notch 14 'which the short arm of lever 14 has.
The maxteau-lever 10 comprises, close to its pivoting point, a tooth 17, intended to cooperate with a notch 18 of an elastic jumper 19. In the position shown in FIG. 1, the mechanism is at rest, the intermediate wheel 4 is engaged with the wheel 2 and the seconds hand, integral with the latter, operates normally, the pusher is in its outermost position, the pin 16 of the hammer is housed. in the notch 14 'of the auxiliary lever and the tooth 17 rests freely on the jumper 19 at some distance from the notch 18 thereof.
When the pusher is actuated, the tooth 17 abuts against the notch 18, which determines the intermediate position of the pusher. The peg 16 tends to come out of the notch 14 ', which forces the auxiliary lever 14 to push the arm 5 "' of the rocker back towards the center and to put the wheel 4 out of the engagement of the seconds wheel 2. The latter stops and the thread that it carries also stops, to the point that it occupies when the push-button is actuated. If the pressure on the push-button is then released, the hammer and the rocker are released. take their original position, thanks to the action of springs 8 and 12 and the needle in the center resumes its course at the point where it interrupted it.
If, on the other hand, the pusher is fully actuated, tooth 17 of the hammer jumps notch 18 of the jumper and the head 10 "of said hammer hits wall 1 and causes the hand to reset to zero, seconds. the pusher is released, the springs 8 and 12 automatically return the rocker and the hammer to their rest position and the needle resumes its course from zero.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the same reference numbers designate them. corresponding organs. The hammer 10 acts here directly on the arm 5 "'of the rocker 5 carrying the intermediate wheel 4, by a convex ramp 10"' which it comprises.
The jumper 19 is provided with two notches 18 and 18 'which determine the three positions of the pusher 9 as follows: at rest (the running position of the needle shown in fig. 1), tooth 17 s' press against the first notch 18; at the first pressure exerted on the pusher, the tooth 17 jumps over the first notch 18 and comes to rest against the second notch 18 '; at the same time, the end of the arm 5 "'of the lever is pushed towards the center by the convex ramp 10"' of the hammer and causes the needle to stop by disengaging the wheel 4;
when weighing more heavily on the pusher 9, the tooth 17 jumps off the second notch 18 'of the jumper, the hammer head comes. hit heart 1 and set the needle to zero. As in the example of fig. 1, as soon as the push-button is released, either when it has reached its intermediate position, or when it has been pushed fully, the hammer and the rocker return to their rest position and the seconds hand resumes its operation either from the point where it stopped, or from zero.
