Description

  

  Packung für Stumpen, Zigaretten oder     dergl.       Bisher wurden die Packungen für Stum  pen, Zigaretten und dergleichen zur Ent  nahme des Inhalts gewöhnlich an einer Stirn  seite ganz oder teilweise aufgerissen, wobei  ein einwandfreies Verschliessen der Packung  nach Entnahme eines oder mehrerer Stum  pen oder dergleichen nicht mehr möglich  war, so dass die Stumpen usw. aus der     Pak-          kung    herausfallen konnten und hierbei leicht  beschädigt wurden.  



  Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezweckt  ein müheloses und sauberes Öffnen der     Pak-          kung    zur     Entnahme    von mindestens eines  Stumpens oder dergleichen und ein nach  heriges einwandfreies     Wiederverschliessen    der  Packung.

   Die Packung gemäss der Erfindung  ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer  Stirnseite einer gefalteten Kartonhülle durch  Einschnitte, welche durch eine äussere Papier  umhüllung bedeckt sind, ein an den     BieguDgs-          atellen    gerillter     Aufreisslappen    gebildet ist,  der auf der einen Seite über die Packung  vorsteht, derart, dass die Packung an der  betreffenden Stirnseite zur Entnahme von    mindestens einem Stumpen oder dergleichen  durch Ziehen am     Lappenende    längs der Ein  schnitte aufgerissen und hernach durch Um  biegen des     Lappenendes    und durch Ein  stecken desselben in die     Packuug    wieder  geschlossen werden kann.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine gefüllte, verschlossene       Stumpenpackung;          Fig.    2 zeigt dieselbe Packung nach dem  Aufreissen des     Aufreisslappens;          Fig.    3 ist die gleiche Ansicht wie     Fig.    2,  aber bei teilweise herausgehobenen     Stumpen;          Fig.    4 zeigt die gleiche, nach Entnahme  eines Stumpens wiederum geschlossene     Stum-          penpackung;

            Fig.    5 zeigt den Zuschnitt der Karton  hülle für die Packung mit     Stanzung    und       Rillung    in ausgebreitetem Zustande.  



  An dem die eine Stirnseite der Packung  bildenden Teil der in     Fig.S    dargestellten  Kartonhülle 1 ist durch Einschnitte 8 ein      Lappen 2 gebildet, dessen Ende 3 ungefähr  1 cm Über die fertige Packung     vorsteht.          (Fig.    1). Der Lappen 2 ist an den Stellen 9  und 10 gerillt, so dass er an diesen Stellen  leicht umgebogen     werden    kann. Die in     Fig.    5  dargestellte Kartonhülle 1 wird um die zu  verpackenden Stumpen längs den     Ritzungs-          kanten    gefaltet und hierauf mit einer Papier  umhüllung 11 umschlossen, welche die Ein  schnitte 8 bedeckt.

   Zum     Offnen    der Packung  wird das vorstehende Ende 3 des Lappens 2  von Hand erfasst und nach oben gezogen,  wodurch die Packung längs der Einschnitte 8  bis zu der     Biegungsstelle    9 des Lappens 2  aufgerissen wird, welche     Biegungsstelle    auf  der Papierumhüllung 11 durch einen Strich 4  und einen Pfeil 5 angedeutet ist. Die zwei  äussersten, an der     Aufreissstelle    befindlichen  Stumpen können durch einen     zum    Beispiel  durch die Schweiz. Patentschrift Nr. 159005  bekannten Heber, dessen beide Enden um  gebogen sind, leicht aus der Packung her  ausgezogen werden     (Fig.    3).

   Nach der Ent  nahme eines oder mehrerer Stumpen 7 kann  die Packung durch Umbiegen des Endes 3  des Lappens 2 an der     Biegungsstelle    10 nach  unten und durch Einstecken des     umgebogenen     Endes 3 längs der     Innenseite    der Seiten  wand der Packung wieder geschlossen wer  den     (Fig.    4).

   The pack according to the invention is characterized in that on one end of a folded cardboard sleeve through incisions which are covered by an outer paper envelope, a tear-open flap is formed, which is grooved on the flexure points and protrudes over the pack on one side that the pack can be torn open at the relevant end face to remove at least one stump or the like by pulling the end of the flap along the incisions and then closed again by bending the end of the flap and inserting it into the pack.



  On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown.



       1 shows a filled, closed column pack; 2 shows the same package after the tear-open tab has been torn open; Fig. 3 is the same view as Fig. 2 but with the stump partially lifted out; 4 shows the same stump pack, which is again closed after a stump has been removed;

            Fig. 5 shows the blank of the cardboard envelope for the pack with punching and creasing in the expanded state.



  On the part of the cardboard sleeve 1 shown in Fig. 5 which forms one end of the pack, a flap 2 is formed by incisions 8, the end 3 of which protrudes approximately 1 cm beyond the finished pack. (Fig. 1). The tab 2 is grooved at points 9 and 10 so that it can be easily bent at these points. The cardboard sleeve 1 shown in FIG. 5 is folded around the stump to be packaged along the scoring edges and then enclosed with a paper envelope 11 which covers the cut 8.

   To open the pack, the protruding end 3 of the flap 2 is grasped by hand and pulled upwards, as a result of which the pack is torn along the incisions 8 up to the bending point 9 of the flap 2, which bending point on the paper envelope 11 is indicated by a line 4 and a Arrow 5 is indicated. The two outermost stumps at the tear-open point can be passed through Switzerland, for example. Patent specification No. 159005 known lifter, both ends of which are bent around, can be easily pulled out of the pack (Fig. 3).

   After the removal of one or more stumps 7, the pack can be closed again by bending the end 3 of the flap 2 at the bending point 10 downwards and by inserting the bent end 3 along the inside of the side wall of the pack who (Fig. 4) .

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Pack for pillars, cigarettes or the like, characterized in that on one end of a folded cardboard envelope through incisions, which are covered by an outer paper envelope, a tear-off flap is formed, which is grooved at the bending points and which protrudes over the pack on one side , so,

that the pack can be torn open at the relevant end face to remove at least one stump or the same by pulling the flap end along the incisions and then closed again by bending the flap end and inserting it into the pack. SUBClaim: Pack according to claim, characterized in that a lifter for removing at least one stump or the same is provided below the tear-open point of the pack.
