Description

  

      Christbanmständer.       Christbäume trocknen besonders in     mit     Zentralheizung beheizten Räumen sehr rasch  aus und verlieren ihre Nadeln.  



  Vorliegende     Erfindung    bezieht sich auf  ein     Christbaumständer,    mittelst welchem die  Haltbarkeit von Christbäumen wesentlich  verlängert werden kann.  



  Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein  kelchförmiges, mit Füssen     versehenes        Gefäss     vorgesehen ist,     dessen    oberer     Querschnitt    um  ein Mehrfaches grösser     ist    als der     Querschnitt     am     untern    Stammende des     einzusetzenden     Christbaumes und an dessen     obern    Rand  Klemmschrauben angeordnet sind, mittelst  welchen der Stamm festgehalten werden  kann, während gleichzeitig das untere,     im     konischen Teil des Kelches aufsitzende  Stammende zentriert wird.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der  Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise veran  schaulicht, und es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen     Christbaumständer    teilweise  im Schnitt,       Fig.    2 denselben in der Draufsicht.    Der kelchförmige Wasserbehälter ist so  gross bemessen, dass selbst der     Stamm    eines im  Verhältnis zum Ständer grossen Baumes den  selben nur zu einem Bruchteil ausfüllt, so       dass@    dem Baum zur     Frischhaltung    genügend  Wasser zur     Verfügung    steht.  



  Der Wasserbehälter 1 ist beispielsweise  mit vier Füssen 2 versehen. Am     obern    Ende  des Wasserbehälters sind vier Schrauben 3  mit     Klemmbacken    4 angeordnet. Die Klemm  backen sind nach dem Durchmesser des klein  sten     einzuspannenden        Baumstammes    gebogen  und umschliessen diesen nahezu. Bei dickeren  Stämmen     wirken    diese Klemmbacken wie  Klauen und halten auch diese Stämme ab  solut fest. Der konische Teil des Wasserbe  hälters dient dazu, das untere,     ihm    auf  sitzende Ende von Stämmen verschiedener  Dicke zu zentrieren.

The goblet-shaped water container is so large that even the trunk of a tree that is large in relation to the stand only fills it up to a fraction, so that the tree has enough water to keep it fresh.
