L'objet de la présente invention est une boîte qui sera, de préférence, en papier, et qui est plus spécialement destinée à contenir des bonbons fondants, caramels, chocolats, articles de parfumerie, etc. Cette boîte est caractérisée par une ganse que présente son couvercle et par une languette fixée par une extrémité à la paroi de la boite et qui, à la hauteur de la ganse, est recourbée une pre mière fois vers l'intérieur, puis une seconde fois, de 18011, vers l'extérieur, de façon à former, à cet endroit, une partie de la double épaisseur destinée à s'engager dans la ganse lorsqu'on veut maintenir la boîte fermée et à laquelle fait suite l'extrémité libre de la bande, par le moyen de laquelle on peut tirer ladite partie hors de cette ganse lors qu'on veut ouvrir la boîte.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la boîte faisant l'objet de la présente invention. La fig. 1 en est une vue en plan; la fig. 2 en est une élévation, partie en coupe, en posi tion fermée, et la fig. 3 en est une vue en élévation, en position ouverte. La boîte représentée, faite en papier et destinée aux confiseurs, comprend un corps 1, qui est formé d'un fond et d'une paroi laté rale, et un couvercle 2. Sur celui-ci est fixée une ganse 3.
Sur le corps de la boîte est fixée une languette en papier 4 qui, à la hauteur de la ganse, est repliée deux fois, une première fois à angle droit, vers l'inté rieur, de façon à former un tronçon 5, et une seconde fois, de 180 , vers l'extérieur, de façon à former un tronçon 6 qui recouvre le tronçon 5 pour former, à cet endroit, une partie de double épaisseur, et qui se termine par l'extrémité libre de la languette. La partie de double épaisseur peut s'engager à frottement, comme montré aux fig. 1 et 2, dans la ganse 3, ce qui maintient la boîte fermée, l'extrémité libre de la languette fai sant alors saillie hors de la ganse; en tirant sur cette extrémité, on peut sortir la lan guette de la ganse et ouvrir la boîte.
On obtient, de cette façon, par un moyen très simple, une fermeture très pratique de la boîte.
