Compressor system with intermittent operation. In such compressor systems, a closing element is provided in the suction connection and pressure connection of the compressor, of which the former is controlled in such a way that it closes the suction line when the maximum pressure allowed in the pressure network is reached, thus relieving the compressor's drive motor. The closing element attached to the pressure port, which is designed as a non-return valve, also closes automatically.
Advantageously, a valve controlled by the closing element of the suction side is also provided with these regulations, which opens when it is closed and allows the air contained on the pressure side between the pressure slot and check valve to be blown out into the open.
The closing element on the suction nozzle is then geöff net by the control provided when the minimum allowable pressure in the pressure network is reached; the compressor then begins to feed the pressure network again. In order to avoid unnecessary wear and tear on the compressor and to save electricity costs, the drive motor is shut down when the suction line is closed. In order to manage this, a so-called manostat has been used up to now, which was connected to the pressure network and switched the motor off when the upper pressure limit was reached and switched on when the lower pressure limit was reached.
With this device, however, there is the risk that the space between the compressor rotor and the non-return valve on the pressure port will be filled very quickly, so that the compressor has to work under full pressure before it reaches full speed and therefore the centrifugal starter commonly used in such systems is not set to zero because the motor has to start under load and therefore does not reach full speed and the system therefore fails.
With such a device there is also a lack of agreement between the pressure limits of the control elements of the suction chamber slide and motor (manostat), the possibility that the motor is switched on or off before the closing organ on the suction port opens or respectively. closes.
Attempts have already been made to remedy these deficiencies, but such attempts did not lead to the desired success of relieved starting of the compressor.
The invention enables an Leeranlau fen of the compressor in that a switch is coupled to that control member that controls the opening and closing of the closing element in the suction line, which the Einbezw. Switching off the drive motor of the compressor caused as soon as the ses control member has reached that position in which it respectively the opening. Initiates closure of the closing element, means being provided by means of which the opening of the closing element of the suction line is delayed until the drive motor has reached full speed while the compressor is idling.
In the drawing, an example of the subject of the invention is shown schematically. The rotary piston compressor 1, which is driven by the electric motor with the winding 26, sucks in the conveying medium from the line 2 and presses the same via the pressure line 3 into the pressure network, not shown. At the suction port 2, the Al closing element 4 is seen in the form of a slide, which can be moved by the pressure piston 5 against the pressure of the spring 6.
If the piston 5 is pressurized, the slide 4 closes the suction line and at the same time pushes the overflow valve 7 by means of rod 5a, through which the space between rotor la and the check valve 9 of the pressure line with the free atmosphere or the via line 8 Suction line is connected.
The application of the piston 5 is accomplished by the 10 and 11 loaded control piston 12 and 13 in a known manner by the weight of different weights th. The network pressure is propagated by means of line 14 to below the piston 12 and lifts this piston to above channel 17 and then the piston 13 into the dotted position, as soon as the network pressure has reached its maximum. The access to the line 15 and the outlet 17b of the line 17a is thus released through the piston 13 and the pressure medium passes from the lines 17 and 17a via the line 15, the container 16 and the line 15a into the cylinder space 5e above the piston i, which is consequently moved downwards and closes the suction line by means of valve 4.
If the net dirt falls slightly below the set maximum, the piston 12 falls down and closes the duct opening 14a again. The channel 15 is still supplied with pressure medium via channel 17a, since the weight 11, which is smaller than the weight 10, is only sufficient when the minimum pressure is reached in the network to push the associated piston 13 downwards. ken and complete the supply of pressure medium to line 15. Taps 15b and 15c are provided in the duct 15.la.
When the piston 13 is in the lower position, the Queclsilb interrupter 19 coupled to it by a linkage 18 is so that the two contacts 20 and 21) are connected by the mercury, so that the solenoid 22 receives current and its core 23 receives the three Phase lines 21a, 24b, 24e by means of the three-pole switch 25 switches on. The motor, the windings 26 of which are indicated in the drawing, starts up with the activation of starting resistors and is automatically switched to full speed.
If the piston 13, as described above, is pressed into its upper position, shown in dotted lines, the mercury switches off the 111otorstroinkkreis. The non-return valve 9 on the pressure port closes as a result and as soon as the container 16 has been filled and the slide 4 has moved into its final position, the suction side of the compressor is also closed.
If, when the network pressure falls, in addition to piston 12, piston 1, -as already mentioned, has moved into the lowest position, line 15 is connected to line 15d, so that container 16 is gradually emptied and piston 5 slowly moves upwards and opens the slide 4. Since the mercury interrupter 19 has already energized the drive motor of the compressor by closing the contacts 20, 21 when the piston 13 moves into the lowest position, the motor runs during the emptying of the container 16 with the slide 4 still closed and thus with ent loaded compressor. The container 16 is dimensioned so large that the motor reaches its full speed before the slide 4 opens under the pressure of the spring 6.
In this way, in the presence of the backflow valve 7 completely relieved to drive the compressor with security it will be enough.
The closing member 4 can also have another embodiment, as can the control device of the slide 4 (pistons 12 and 13 and associated lines). The delay in opening the closing element 4 can also be accomplished by other means, such as an electrical time relay or by an oil cataract piston connected to the piston 5, etc.
The delay in emptying the cylinder 5c and the line 15 can also be achieved by a built into the line 15, narrow, calibrated nozzle.
