Description

Fig. 1 zeigt die Blende in voller Öffnung, Fig. 2 zeigt dieselbe in einer mittleren Stellung.

Lens diaphragms for double optics, in particular for stereoscopic apparatus. When recording stereoscopic images on perforated film, in particular narrow film, it is known that objectives of very short focal lengths are used. Due to the relatively small width of the film, the objectives are arranged at a very short distance from one another. The installation of an iris diaphragm in such lenses causes difficulties as a result. To avoid this ver, according to the invention, the lens aperture on two oppositely movable discs, which are provided with cutouts that simultaneously influence the beam path of both lenses in such a way that a central dimming of each lens takes place.

In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in one embodiment, for example. Fig. 1 shows the diaphragm in full opening, Fig. 2 shows the same in a middle position.

According to the drawing, the diaphragm for the two objectives 1 and 2 has a disk 3 with cutouts 4 and 5 in the shape of drops. Another disc 6 also has teardrop-shaped cutouts 7 and 8, the tips of the cooperating cutouts 4 and 7 respectively. 5 and 8 are in the open position of the diaphragm on different sides of the common center plane for both optics. The center of the opening formed by two cooperating cutouts is always approximately in front of the center of the corresponding lens, which is therefore blocked centrally.

The drive of the discs 3 and 6 happens in the opposite direction from the toothed wheel 9, the drive of the disc 3 takes place via a gear 10 which is in engagement with the gear 9 on the one hand and the disc 3 on the other. 11 is the axis between the two lenses 1 and 2, around which the two disks 3 and 6 rotate. In front of the lens. 1 and 2 prisms are arranged in a manner known per se at eye distance, which reflect the object to be photographed into the two lenses. For the sake of simplicity, the prisms have been omitted from the drawing.
