Description
Welle für elektrische Maschinen, insbesondere Lichtmaschinen auf Kraftfahrzeugen oder Flugzeugen. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Welle für elektrische Maschinen, insbesondere Licht maschinen auf Kraftfahrzeugen oder Flug zeugen. Der Zweck der Erfindung ist, das Gewicht der elektrischen Maschine herunter zusetzen. Beim Betrieb von elektrischen Maschinen, z. B. Lichtmaschinen auf Flug zeugen kommen häufig starke Beschleuni gungen oder auch Verzögerungen vor, die eine so starke Beanspruchung der Maschinen welle bedingen, dass die Verwendung von Leichtmetallen auf Schwierigkeiten stösst. Um Leichtmetall verwenden zu können, wird gemäss der Erfindung als Welle eine mit einem elastischen Antriebsglied verbundene und die umlaufenden Maschinenteile tragende Hülse aus Leichtmetall vorgesehen.
In der Abbildung ist eine Ausführungs form der Erfindung im Schnitt dargestellt. <I>a</I> ist der Anker und<I>b</I> der Stromwender einer Lichtmaschine. Diese beiden sind auf einer einen Teil der Welle bildenden Hülse c aus Duraluminium aufgesetzt. Die .Hülse ist an beiden Enden in den Kugellagern d gelagert. In der Hülse befindet sich eine als Torsions stab wirkende Torsionswelle e, die mit der Hülse an einem Ende fest verbunden ist und freischwebend sich durch die ganze Hülse erstreckt. Das über die Hülse vorstehende Ende der Torsionswelle ist als Kupplungs glied f ausgebildet.
Die Torsionswelle schwächt die bei plötz lichen Beschleunigungen oder Verzögerungen auftretenden Drehmomentstösse ab, so dass die an der Hülse auftretenden Beanspruchun gen ihre Spitzenwerte verlieren.

In the figure, an embodiment of the invention is shown in section. <I> a </I> is the armature and <I> b </I> the commutator of an alternator. These two are placed on a sleeve c made of duraluminium which forms part of the shaft. The sleeve is mounted at both ends in the ball bearings d. In the sleeve there is a torsion shaft e which acts as a torsion bar and which is fixedly connected to the sleeve at one end and which extends freely through the entire sleeve. The protruding over the sleeve end of the torsion shaft is designed as a coupling member f.
The torsion shaft weakens the torque surges that occur in the event of sudden accelerations or decelerations, so that the stresses that occur on the sleeve lose their peak values.
