Die Folge davon ist, dass die iSpannung des Gene- rators sinkt. Statt den Gesamtstrom des kippfähigen Kreises ;
Ändert sich die Spannung des Generators, so ändert sich der vom. kipp fähigen Kreis ,gelieferte Vormagnetisierungs- strom, wodurch @die Inlduktivität der Drossel spule 7 so geändert wird, ;
Arrangement for regulating generators. It is known to feed the excitation circuit of the generator via a rectifier to control generators, which rectifies the sum of two currents (voltages), one of which is independent of the load and the other is proportional to the load. For this purpose, the primary winding of the rectifier transformer has, for example, fed two currents, one of which is proportional to the current of a choke coil connected to the mains voltage, while the other is proportional to the generator current.
The two currents are superimposed in the primary winding of the rectifier transformer, and their sum is rectified by the rectifier and fed to the exciter winding.
In order to bring about the change in the excitation of the generator that is still required, for example to keep the voltage or another operating variable of the generator exactly constant with a variable power factor of the load when the generator works on an unregulated network, according to the invention, arrangements are made where the excitation of the generator is supplied via a rectifier that rectifies the sum of two currents (voltages), one of which is load-independent and the other is load-dependent,
variable resistances are connected in parallel or in series to the alternating current side of the rectifier and the size of these resistances as a function of the size to be controlled, ie z. B. regulated the generator voltage. In another case, instead of the generator voltage, the output of the generator can be kept constant by changing the excitation. In this case, the size of the resistors is changed depending on the power.
To change the size of the resistors, a rolling regulator can be used, for example, which, in a manner known per se, runs over a contact track on which the taps of the ohmic or inductive resistor a. äowclrlwserr are, and depending on its position, switches on more or less resistance.
But you could also use, for example, a carbon pressure regulator as a variable resistor. Preferably, a choke coil will be used as the variable resistor, the inductance of which is set by direct current bias.
The Cdc premagnetization can be influenced, for example, by a roller controller. Ma.n can also arrange the arrangement so that there is a change in the size of the pre-magnetization without moving contacts.
For this purpose, one can use a breakover circuit, for example, and rectify the current of the breakdown circuit and feed it to the premagnetization of the I) ro @ selspirle. 'In the Zeiehnumr various exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. In Fig. 1, a synchronous generator 1 is connected to the alternating current network 2, the field winding is denoted by 3 sen.
The excitation signal is fed via a rectifier arrangement 4 which, in the exemplary embodiment, consists of six rectifiers in three-phase Graetz circuit.
Dry rectifiers such as copper-copper oxide rectifiers, for example, can be used as rectifiers. The rectifier arrangement is supplied with the sum of two voltages, one of which is independent of the load and the other is proportional to the load. A transformer 5, which is connected to the mains voltage an.geschlo@ssen, is used to form the first component.
An air gap transformer 6, the primary winding of which is switched into the lines 2, is used to form the load-dependent component. The secondary windings of the transformers 5 and 6 are connected in series and feed the rectifier connection 4.
In order to keep the voltage exactly constant, according to the invention, the alternating current winding of a choke coil i is connected in series with the rectifier arrangement 4. The alternating current windings of this choke coil are labeled 8. The choke coil 7, as shown schematically in the exemplary embodiment,
consist of six single-phase chokes. A six-section three-phase throttle could also be used, for example. Every two alternating current windings of the choke coil lie pa.ra.ll.el in a phase line.
The choke coil has two DC windings 9 and 10 which are connected in this way. da.ss in two individual choke coils, which are respectively in one phase. in two legs of the three-phase inductor which belong to one phase and which have constant fluxes in opposite directions,
in order to keep the current of the fundamental wave away from the DC circuit in a manner known per se. The winding 9 is fed from the rectified current of the rectifier arrangement 4, while the winding 10 receives the direct current control current which is obtained from the mains voltage via a tiltable arrangement,
that it changes very strongly with small changes in the mains voltage. The winding 9 excited by the rectified current has the advantage that only a small amount of control power has to be supplied by the breakover circuit so that the voltage can be kept almost constant. One could excite the winding 9 from the terminal voltage occurring at the exciter winding 3.
In the exemplary embodiment, the IDP-capable circuit consists of an iron-containing choke coil 13, to which a capacitor 11 and an ohmic resistor 12 are connected in series.
This tiltable circuit is connected to the secondary winding of a transformer 15 energized by the primary voltage via the choke coil 18 and the ohmic counterpart 14, the meaning of which will be explained later. Parallel to the ferrous choke coil 13 is a capacitor 16, which serves to
to compensate the current of the choke coil in the unsaturated area. The total current of the tiltable circuit is rectified via the rectifier arrangement 1.7 and fed to the control winding 10.
The dimensions of the capacitor 11 and the ohmic resistor 12 are adapted to the choke coil 13 in such a way that a large change in the Pcurrent occurs in the working area with a slight change in the mains voltage. In Fig. 2, the characteristic .des tiltable circle is provided.
It shows that in the working area between points A-B, with a slight increase in the mains voltage, the direct current supplied to winding 1-0 increases very sharply. The winding 9 and the winding 1.0 are. switched so that they counteract one another, and the winding 9 is chosen so
@that self-excitement occurs, d. H. that with the sole presence of the winding 9 the current would increase until it would be limited by the resistive losses etc.
The winding 10 now acts: counter to the winding 9 and since the winding 10 supplies a strongly increasing tracing current with increasing voltage, the overall premagnetization of the choke coil 7 becomes smaller with increasing voltage. This increases the resistance of the choke coil and the excitation current decreases.
The consequence of this is that the voltage of the generator drops. Instead of the total current of the tiltable circle;
To rectify, one could also rectify the voltage on the capacitor 11 and feed the winding 10 from this voltage. It is not absolutely necessary that a special ohmic resistor 12 is provided, but in many cases the loss resistance of the rectifier and the winding 10 is sufficient, but is:
the use of an adjustable resistor 12 for the correct setting of the characteristic in the working area is expedient.
If the load on the generator changes, the voltage supplied by the transformer -6 changes in such a way that when the load is increased, the excitation current is increased and when the power is reduced, it is weakened.
If the voltage of the generator changes, that of the changes. tiltable circuit, supplied bias current, whereby @the inductivity of the choke coil 7 is changed so,;
that the excitation current receives the value that; the mains voltage remains constant.
As already mentioned, the tiltable circuit is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer 1.5 via an ohmic resistor 14 and an inductance 18,
closed. The series arrangement of the ohmic resistor 14 and the inductance 18 is connected to a current converter 19, which is connected to the phase to which the transformer 15 is not connected:
is. At cos <B><I>99</I> </B> = 1 in the three-phase network 2 closes, then the, secondary voltage,
of the transformer 15 with the secondary current of the current transformer 19 a phase angle of 90. The voltages generated by this secondary current at the ohmic resistor 14 and at the inductance 18 give a resultant,
whose phase position in relation to the secondary voltage of the transformer <B> A </B> depends on the size ratio of 15 and 1.8. This resultant provides the usual compounding for working in parallel with other generators, as follows:
that with constant mains voltage, the generator output is regulated to a constant cos 99.
Instead of connecting the choke coil 7 in series with the rectifier arrangement 4, it could also be laid in parallel with it. You then only have to ensure that the overall magnetization of the choke coil is increased as the line voltage increases.
Instead of the tilting circle shown in the figure, other tilting circles could also be used.
For example, FIG. 3 shows a breakover circuit which consists of an iron-containing choke coil 1.3 and a capacitor 21 and an ohmic series resistor 20.
In contrast to the arrangement according to FIG. 1, the capacitor 21 is dimensioned so that its current is greater than the inductor current in a certain current range, so that the current consumed is ka.pacitive in a certain voltage range.
The ohmic resistance \? U is measured such that a horizontal turning tangent arises at the working point 11, as shown in FIG. lla.n works here in the loving part of the characteristic to the left of the ordinate axis. With a small increase in voltage, the current decreases very quickly.
If one would therefore use the arrangement shown in Fi: -. 1 use the circuit shown, the winding 9 would be switched in this way.
that it acts in the same way as the winding 11) and no self-excitation occurs, or that the winding 9 is omitted. The result would then be that the overall premagnetization decreases in the desired manner with increasing mains voltage,
on the other hand, it increases when the mains voltage drops. Instead of an ohmic series resistor, you can also use a capacitive series resistor,
and then, depending on the choice of the series capacitor, live the working point with a horizontal tangent to the right or left of the ordinate axis. With this arrangement, only the area to the left of the maximum can be used.
If an ohmic or capacitive Zrorscha is jammed, it is also possible to provide a parallel or series connection of an ohmic and noble capacitive series resistor.
One can then obtain a horizontal -turn tangent even at zero current. You can work both in the area in which the current decreases with increasing span, and in the area in which the current increases with increasing voltage.
In Fig. 5 such a resonance circuit is shown, which consists of the ferrous choke 13, the parallel capacitor 21, the ohmic resistor 20 and the capacitive ballast resistor 22 be available. In the arrangement of Fig. 5 is still in series with the capacitor 21, a small choke coil 23 which is matched with the capacitor capacitor to the third harmonic.
As a result, the third harmonics, which are generated by the iron saturation of the Drosael coil 13, are short-circuited and thus kept away from the external circuits. The arrangement can also be made, for example, so that the capacitor ?? is only connected in series with the choke coil 13.
In Fi, g. 6 shows another embodiment of the invention. 1 is how the the the generator that is on the grid? is working. In contrast to the arrangement according to FIG. 1, the generator has a special exciter 30, the excitation of which 31 is fed via the rectifier arrangement 32.
Two currents are primarily fed to the rectifier transformer 33, once the load current of the generator and once the current of the choke coil 31 .. connected to the network.
In series with the linear arrangement 3 2 is a choke coil 35 which has a direct current winding which is excited by the difference between two currents. that the premagnetization decreases with increasing mains voltage.
For this purpose, a resonance circuit is provided outside the capacitor 36 and the iron-holding choke 37, the current of which is bleached via the rectifier arrangement 3, 8. A capacitor 39 is also provided, the current of which is rectified via the rectifier arrangement. So well the kippbreis, iil,
s also the capacitor 39: are connected to the transformer 11 connected to the network via the transformer 43. The. the two rectifiers 38 and 10 are connected in series with their DC sides via the - \ Vidershnd -t1 and via the lines 50, 51 and 52 in the same direction. short-circuited lo:
sweet. As a result, if the currents of the condenser 39 and the choke 37 are equal, the how sounds 7 is not supplied with any current.
However, if the currents of 39 and 37 are not equal, then the differential current flows through the winding .I7. whose direction would depend on whether the current of 39 is greater than that of 37 or vice versa. In order to only allow a certain direction of flow in winding 47,
the aligned 42 is then also provided. Fig. 7 shows on curve a, the dependence of the current of the choke coil 37 on the mains voltage, and on straight line b, the dependence of the current of the capacitor 39 on the mains voltage.
The rectifier 42 is now switched on in such a sense that only the vertically hatched differential current can flow through the winding 47 of the differential currents between the curves a and b of FIG. 7, so if - the ,
The current of the rectifier 40 is greater than the current of the rectifier 3.8.
The choke coil 35 could also be given a further direct current winding, which is excited by the rectified current of the rectifier 3'2 or by the excitation voltage, and acts in the same way as the direct current circuit shown. The from the same directed stream respectively. the tension excited winding is dimensioned so
that no self-excitation of the throttle occurs.
In the exemplary embodiment, the primary winding of the transformer 43 is not connected directly to the secondary winding of the transformer 44, but via a voltage conductor, consisting of the choke coil 48, the capacitor 45 and the ohmic resistor 46, around the frequency, bhä. ngi, equality.
This voltage divider acts in such a way that the voltage fed to the capacitor 39 and the breakover circuit increases in the desired manner with increasing frequency. However, other circuits could also be used for frequency compensation.
Frequency compensation can also be carried out with the S-circuit according to FIG. 1 and also when using other tiltable circuits for control.
