Process for at least partial production of boxes from a cardboard folding structure. The present invention relates to a method for at least partial manufacture of boxes from a cardboard folding structure, which is characterized in that different folded parts of the cardboard folding structure are prepared with at least two associated adhesive fields from self-adhesive T% Iasse, whereupon the adhesive fields are prepared Folded parts are moved towards one another and the adhesive fields are united with one another by pressing the two on top of one another.
In the accompanying drawing, some boxes and box closures made according to the present process, as well as some cardboard folds used for this purpose, are shown for example.
It shows: Fig. 1 a first embodiment, namely a box closure @, Fig. 2 to 4 a second Ausführungsbei game, namely Fig. 2 is a plan view of a cardboard folding structure, Fig. 3 is the partial side view of the same at a moment folding parts moving one another, FIG. 4 the top view of the finished box, FIG. 5 a third exemplary embodiment,
namely a cardboard folding structure serving to produce a box closure, FIGS. 6 and 7 show a fourth embodiment, namely FIG. 6 is a top view of a folding structure, FIG. 7 shows the finished box.
In the figures, 1 means a box consisting of four walls and a base. to which a lid 2 with a folding flap 3 is attached. The box also has two inwardly projecting flaps 4 and 5 starting from the side walls. These flaps have been prepared at the top with self-adhesive adhesive, as have the two corresponding edge strips 6 and 7 of the lid and the folding flap 3 located on the lid 2.
Finally, the upper part 8 of the outer edge of the front wall of the box also shows an adhesive preparation. The parts ?. 3, 4, 5 and 8 form the cardboard folding structure.
Once the box is filled. the lid is folded around, whereby the adhesive surfaces of 6 and 4, 3 and 8, 7 and 5 are made to stick together. The box can later only be opened by violently destroying at least one wall. The box can also be sealed, for example. if only parts 3 and 8 are provided with adhesive areas as shown.
In Fig. \? is. a folded cardboard structure lying in a horizontal plane is shown, in which the base is denoted by 9 and four edge parts connected to it by folds are denoted by 10, 11, 12 and 13. --As of March 14th 16. 17 are incisions, with 18 and 19 two verbun by folds with the edge part 12 dene, with 20 and 21 each with two with the edge part 10 associated tabs. Four adhesive fields located on the edge parts 11 and 13 are labeled 11 '. 11 ". 13 ', 13".
Further adhesive fields are located on the back of the in Fig. Tabs 18, 19, 20 and 21 only visible from above.
In Fig. 3 it is shown how the naeli inwardly bent tab 20 is moved against the inside of the upwardly bent edge part 13 . In an analogous manner, the other tabs 18 and 19 and 21 are also bent inwards and the edge parts 10, 11, 12 are bent upwards and the adhesive surfaces that are adjacent to one another are pressed against one another, so that a box is formed. as shown in Fig. 4 in plan view.
In the third exemplary embodiment, FIG. 5, ?? A prismatic cardboard folding box is made of one piece, on which two inwardly projecting flaps are provided at the top and bottom, of which only the upper 23 and 4 can be seen in the drawing.
