dessen Zahnung mit dem auf der Trommelwelle festsitzenden und im Innern der beiden grossen Zahnräder sich befindlichem kleinen Zahnrad kämmt wobei das genannte Organ eine Führungs rolle besitzt, welche in einer exzentrischen Nute des andern grossen, Zahnrades läuft, so dass durch dass Voreilen eines der getriebenen grossen;
Device for changing the thread guide speed on lireuz spool, winding and multi-layer twisting machines. The invention relates to .such winding machines in which the incoming thread is guided by .ein a reciprocating thread guide.
There are already ver various devices known which periodically change the speed of the thread guide so that the synchronism in the thread laying is disturbed and the formation of image windings is prevented.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a construction that is as compact as possible, which takes up very little space and can be installed within the usual drive.
According to the invention, this is also achieved, as in already known designs, by a differential gear, which has two gears loosely mounted on a common shaft. However, it is characterized by the known constructions that the, a large gear inside with a possesses an organ provided with teeth,
the teeth of which mesh with the small gear, which is fixed on the drum shaft and located inside the two large gearwheels, the said organ having a guide role which runs in an eccentric groove of the other large gearwheel, so that one of the large driven ones is in front ;
Gears a periodic delay and acceleration of the drum speed is generated.
The organ provided with a toothing can for example consist of a toothed segment that can swing around a pin or also of a toothed rack that is embedded in one of the large toothed wheels and that can be pushed back and forth.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows a section through a disruption device with a toothed segment, FIG. 2 shows an interior view of one large gear with an eccentric groove, FIG. 3 shows an interior view of the other large one Gear with the tooth segment,
F'ig. 4 shows a section through a complete gear box, FIGS. 5 and 6 show a section and an interior view of a fault device with toothed stems.
The malfunction transmission Fig. 1,? and 3 have two large gears 1 and?, which are loosely mounted on the - \ Velle 12, with gear 1 a few more teeth than gear 2, but they both mesh with your driving gear 16 (Fi In the interior of the gear 1, a toothed segment 3 is pivotably mounted in the pin 4, which is firmly seated on the wheel disk 1 by the nut 5, and its teeth engage with the gear 9.
The gear wheel 9 is screwed to the shaft 12 by screw 11 at the same time as the adjusting ring 1. (1. The toothed segment 3 has a riveted pin (i as a bearing for the guide roller i, which runs in the eccentric groove 8 of the large gear.
As a result, the Zalin # seginenl: 3 has to perform a reciprocating motion when the gear 3 leads or lags behind the Za.linrad 1. so that the rotational movement transmitted to the gear wheel 9 has a periodic deceleration and acceleration.
FIGS. 5 and 6 show another embodiment, example with a rack. The Za.lin rod 14 is embedded in the interior of the gear 1: 3 so as to be displaceable in the guide 1: i and meshes with the gear 9.
In dietser rack 14 also sits a pin 6 with a guide roller 7. which in the eccentric groove 8 of the gear? running. By advancing or lagging the Zahnra.cles? Compared to the gear 1, the rack is pushed back and forth so that the rotation transmitted to the gear 9 is uneven.
Fi.g. 4 illustrates the mode of operation of the device. The gear 1 (i screwed onto the drive shaft 1.7 simultaneously meshes with the gears 1 and \? Of the malfunction gear, which transmits a non-uniform rotary motion to the drum shaft 1.2, which is stored in a gear box 1.8. The drum shaft 12 sits tightly the grooved drum 19, in the groove the guide roller 20 slides.
The holder 21, which carries the guide roller 20, is screwed onto the thread guide rod 21 by means of adjusting screws 212.
Thereby. that the grooved drum 19 rotates at a periodically increasing and decreasing speed, the speed of the thread guide rod 23 is also changed periodically, so that no syncronism can arise in the laying of the thread, which would give rise to image wrinkles and bulges.
This device can be accommodated in a very small space and works absolutely reliably.
