Description

  

  Ofenaufsatz mit Stehrohren.    Die vorliegende     Erfindung        bezieht    sich  auf einen Ofenaufsatz mit Stehrohren, und       besteht    darin, dass die     untere    Rauchkammer  einen     haubenförmigen        Prallkörper    enthält,  der die     Durchzugsgeschwindigkeit    der Rauch  gase herabsetzt und die Rauchgase an die  Aussenwand der     untern        Rauchkammer    ab  leitet.

   Der     Prallkörper    ist zweckmässig zylin  drisch und sitzt     konzentrisch    in der Rauch  kammer, so     da.ss    eine Ringkammer entsteht,  welche von der Haube     vorgewärmt        wird.     



  In der beiliegenden     Zeichnung    ist ein       Ausführungsbeispiel.    eines Ofenaufsatzes mit  Stehrohren gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt,  und zwar bedeutet:       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht mit     Teilschnitt     nach der Linie     A-B    in     Fig.    2 und       Fig.    2 einen     Querschnitt        nach    der Linie       C-D        in.        Fig.    1.  



  Wie aus der     Zeichnung    ersichtlich, be  steht der Ofenaufsatz aus der     untern    Rauch  kammer 1 mit     Rohrstutzen    1' und der     obern          Rauchkammer    2     mit    Rohrstutzen 2' für den    Abzug sowie den     Stehrohren    3. Die     untere     Rauchkammer besitzt     einen        zylindrischen     Teil, in welchen     konzentrisch    die     Prallhaube     5     mit        Handgriff    7 und Füssen 6 auswechsel  bar     eingesetzt    ist.

   In diese     mündet    ein Rohr  4, welches     im        Rohrstutzen    1' sitzt. Die Sei  fenwand der Haube 5 ist mit     Durchbrechun-          gen    versehen.  



  Durch die beschriebene Bauweise wird be  wirkt,     .dass    die Rauchgase von der Haube 5  wie von einem     Kamindeckel    aufgefangen und  gezwungen     werden,    sich aus der Kammer a  unter der Haube gleichmässig nach ollen Sei  ten im     Sinne    :der     eingezeichneten        Pfeile    in  die Ringkammer b zu     verteilen.     



  Dabei speichert die Haube 5 eine gewisse  Wärmemenge auf     und    wärmt die sie umge  bende Ringkammer     b    vor. Ausserdem ver  langsamt sie die     Aufstieggeschwindigkeit    der  Rauchgase und zwingt diese, an der Wand  des     zylindrischen    Teils der untern Rauch  kammer entlang zu streichen. Die Haube er  füllt damit gleichzeitig mehrere Aufgaben,  für die bisher mehrere besondere Vorrichttui-      gen eingebaut. werden mussten. Sie kann     zum     Reinigen leicht herausgenommen werden.
