Gerät zum Halten eines Schuhes während seiner Reinigung. Das Reinigen von Schuhen ist, wie allge- mein bekannt, eine unangenehme Arbeit, weil ,die den Schuh haltende und führende Hand mit Wichse, Fett und dergleichen be schmutzt wird; zudem ist .die Arbeit unhy gienisch, insbesondere dann, wenn ver schwitzte Schuhe der Reinigungsprozedur unterworfen werden, sei es in Hotelbetrieben oder im privaten Haushalt.
Vorliegende Erfindung sucht die Rei nigungsprozedur einfacher und hygienischer zu gestalten, derart, dass die den Schuh führende Hand letzteren gar nicht mehr berühren muss, wobei aber trotzdem berück sichtigt wird, dass die zu reinigende Aussen fläche des Schuhes für die Reinigung absolut frei bleibt.
Zu diesem Zweck ist ein Gerät zum Halten eines Schuhes während !seiner Reinigung vorgesehen, das zwei aneinander längsverschieb- und feststellbar geführte Schienen aufweist, wovon die hintere Schiene bügelartig als Handgriff ausgebildet.
und mit einer Spannvorrichtung versehen ist, derart, dass das Haltgerät spannleistenartig in einen zu reinigenden Schuh eingeführt und mit der Spannvorrichtung festgelegt wurden kann, wobei ,der bügelartige Handgriff aus dem Schuhausschnitt herausragt. Daselbst wird das Haltegerät mittels der Hand gehalten und der Schuh während .des Rei- n.igens geführt.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf bei liegender Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht,des Haltegerätes mit dünn eingezeichnetem Schuh, wie er vom Gerät während der Reinigungsprozedur gehalten wird, und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht desselben.
1 und 2 sind, z. B. aus Flacheisen be stehende Schienen, die mittelst Führungs schlaufe 3, Stellschraube 4 und Rasten 5, längsversehieb- und feststellbar aneinander geführt sind, um die Länge des Haltegerätes entsprechend der Grösse des zu haltenden Schuhes einstellen zu können. Die Schiene 2 ist bügelartig als Handgriff 6 ausgebildet.
Am einen Ende des Stegteils 11 dieses Bügels ist um einen Zapfen 7 ein Winkel- Nebel $ a,ngelenkt, dessen in Spannstellung nach abwärts gerichteter Arm 9 ein ergän zender Teil des Bügels ist. Der andere Arm <B>10</B> des Kniehebels liegt in Spannstellung am Stegteil 11 des Bügels bezw. am Handgriff 6 an und wird durch Umfassen mit der Hand in dieser Stellung fixiert.
Bei 12 und 13, also an den Enden des Haltegerätes, die zur Anlage mit der Schuhferse bezw. der Schuh spitze kommen, sind die Schienenteile den entsprechenden Schuhinnenpartien ange passt, gegebenenfalls daselbst gepolstert.
Das Haltegerät wird in den zu reinigenden Schuh eingeführt, bis das freie umgebogene Ende 13 der Schiene 1 an der Schuhspitzen- innenwandung anstösst, alsdann drückt man den Arm 10 des Winkelhebels 8 auf den Handgriff 6 nieder. Infolge dieser Schwenk bewegung des Winkelhebels 8 legt sich das freie Ende des Armes 9 gegen die Schuh ferse an, und sichert infolge Spannwirkung den Schuh während des Reinigungsvorganges solange am Haltegerät, bis der Handgriff freigegeben wird.
Die das Gerät haltende bezw. führende Hand berührt den Schuh nacht; sie ist von diesem derart weit distan- ziert, dass sie nicht mit Wichse, Fett oder dergl. beschmutzt werden kann. Die zu reinigenden Aussenpartien des Schuhes blei ben für den Reinigungsvorgang absolut frei und zugänglich.
An Stelle eines Winkelhebels kann als Spannvorrichtung auch der Bügel selbst federnd ausgebildet sein, derart, dass sich der nach abwärts gerichtete Schenkel an der Ferseninnenwand selbsttätig mit Druck anlegt.
Es kann auch ein Mittel, z. B. eine Steckklammer, vorgesehen sein; das man über den niedergedrückten Arm 10 des Winkelhebels und zugleich über den Hand griff bezw. dessen Stegteil streifen kann, um den Winkelhebel in der Spannstellung am Handgriff zu sichern. In diesem Falle kann das Haltegerät auch als Spannleisten Verwendung finden.
An Stelle von Rasten können auch Boh- rungen; Rippen, Rillen etc., in einer der bei den Spannschienen vorgesehen sein.
