Selector for telecommunication systems, in particular telephone systems. The invention relates to a dialer for telecommunications, in particular telephone systems, with a pressed or molded contact bank. The invention consists in the fact that the knives that make contact with the springs of the switching strip 21 are also injected or pressed into the contact bank. The structure of the voter can thereby be simplified considerably and assembly can be made easier.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is described below. FIG. 1 shows a group of two selectors assembled together as seen from above; Fig. 2 shows a side view; Fig. 3 and 4 represent individual parts.
In the housing 1, the brush or tens selector 3 and the single selector 4 are placed on a common axis 2. Both voters can be moved separately and have separate drive systems, 5 for the tens and 6 for the singles. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the selectors are designed as so-called "indirect selectors", that is to say when the anchor is tightened, the pawl engages the next tooth of the gear. When the armature drops, the switching system is moved by one step under the action of the return spring.
The switch arm sets are designed in such a way that the brushes over which the speech connections run do not touch the contact lamellas while the switch arm sets are rotated. Only the brushes for the test leads and for switching purposes, for example for returning the selector to the zero position, constantly slide on the slats. This results in a significant reduction in the force required for the drive magnet, since the frictional forces to be overcome are correspondingly lower.
As shown for the single selector 4, the constantly grinding and the lifted brushes are each summarized for themselves, in such a way that the constantly grinding brushes are placed in the vicinity of the drive under in order to avoid the risk of twisting the switch arm set reduce.
After both dialers are set, the speaking wire brushes are pressed on by the common pressure magnet 7. The armature 8 of this magnet engages in the number drum 9 of the brush selector and pulls its switch arm set over to the right. Since both voters collide with their shafts, the switch arm set of the single voter is also pushed over to the right. The locking lever 10 falls into a recess on the shaft of the decimal selector and thereby locks both dialers in the pressed position.
The armature 8 of the pressure magnet is also held mechanically in the working position, so that the armature contacts operated by it remain switched. The locking lever simultaneously actuates the contact 27, which can be used, for example, to interrupt the circuit of the pressure magnet.
The locking lever 10 is with its extension 11 on the armature 12 of the tens magnet. When triggered, the ten magnet 5 is initially excited, possibly briefly. As a result, the locking lever is moved out so that the shafts of both selectors return to the normal position under the spring pressure of the switch arms. Both voters can then return to the rest position in a known arrangement, for example using a zero track.
Fig. 3 shows the switch arm set of the ten selector in section. The switching arms 14 are held on a tube 13 by the molding compound 15 in that the brushes 14 are also pressed or injected into the carrier 15 which is pressed or injected from insulating material. The pipe 13 is provided with internal threads on both sides. On the left, the gear 16 is screwed in, which is secured against rotation by pins 17. On the other hand, the number drum 9 is placed, which is held by a nut 18 ge. The inner surfaces of the gear 16 respectively. the nut 18 serve as running surfaces on the fixed axis.
The single selector 4 is basically constructed in the same way, but left and right are interchanged according to the arrangement of the drive. The two number drums 9 and 19 are therefore next to each other. A window 20 covering both of them allows the setting of the voters to be read off (FIG. 4).
For the power supplies to the switching magnets and the contacts actuated by these, a switching strip 21 is provided, which carries the switching springs 22. When inserting the switching arm sets, these switching springs give contact with switching blades 23, which are pressed into the multi-contact field with a. The power supply springs 24, that is to say the springs for the power supply to the switching arms themselves, are also pressed into the multiple contact field.
The power supply springs 24 have a special bend 25 in order to ensure easy engagement of the switching arms with the contact blades. Before being inserted into the contact bank, the switch arm sets are brought into such a position that their leading edge represents a tangent to the bend 25 of the springs 24. In this situation, the introduction of the switching arm sets can then easily follow.
Furthermore, the selector body 1 is expediently designed so that when the drive system is inserted, it is guided through the surfaces 26 on the contact bank before the power supply springs engage in the switching arms.
