Handharmonika.
Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch. in Seitenansicht einen Teil der Bassmechanik einer Ilandhar- m:onüka, und zwar füreine Ventilklappe für den eigentlichen Bass und für eine Ventil klappe für die Begleitung; FLg. 2 ist eine Rückansicht der Mechanik, gesehen von der Linie 2-2 der Fig. 1 in Richtung der eingezeichneten Pfeile;
Accordion. The invention relates to an improvement in hand harmonics, in particular to the part comprising the bass mechanics. The bass mechanics of such instruments is known to be composed of an actual bass section with associated bass keys and an accompaniment section with corresponding accompaniment keys for playing accompanying chords.
Bass mechanics are known in which the button keys for the coupled chord accompaniment can also be used for playing a single tone accompaniment after switching on a mechanism specially provided for this purpose while simultaneously switching off the coupled chord mechanics.
The invention pursues the same purpose and arranges behind each only rotatable chord coupling shaft a likewise rotatable coupling shaft for single tone accompaniment, whose fingers are coupled on the one hand with the accompanying sound rod, on the other hand by separate rods in the area of the chord flap rods and the order Positioning from the coupled to the single tone accompaniment takes place by shifting a bar penetrated by the chord key linkage, which guides the chord key linkage.
The drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows schematically. a side view of part of the bass mechanics of an Ilandharm: onüka, namely for a valve flap for the actual bass and a valve flap for the accompaniment; FLg. Figure 2 is a rear view of the mechanism as seen from line 2-2 of Figure 1 in the direction of the arrows drawn;
3 shows, on a larger scale, the valve flaps for the actual bass and the accompaniment, including the vocal blocks and the register for the bass valve flaps; 4 and 5 illustrate the grip table for a bass mechanism with 140 knöp fen. In the latter figures, the notation markings are carried into the buttons for easier understanding of the exemplary embodiments.
In reality these designations do not exist; In particular, FIG. 4 shows the key position for the coupled chord accompaniment and FIG. 5 shows the key position when playing the single note accompaniment, the coupled chord mechanics being switched off; Fig. 6 shows the sliding bar for influencing and guiding the chord flaps linkage; Fig. 7 shows the register for switching off the double bass.
In Fig. 1 of the drawing, 1 is the valve flap for the actual bass note and 2 the valve flap for the accompanying sound. A plurality of such flaps are provided in rows in the usual manner. The button button for the bass is denoted by 3 and that for the accompanying tone with 4. Such button buttons are also provided in a variety of rows on the instrument. The Bassgstänge consists of a rotatably beleaguered shaft 5 for each tone with the stand 6 attached to it or made of one piece 1) a.
On the rail 8 there is a pin 10 which can actuate the bass flap linkage 9.
The linkage for the accompaniment is ge forms from the three chord linkage shafts 11a, 11b, 116, which are only rotatably mounted. Behind each of these chord linkages waves is also a rotatable linkage shaft 12a respectively. 12b and 12c arranged.
The stands or fingers 13a, 13b, 13c of the shafts 11a, 11b, 11c are in engagement by means of drivers 14a, 14b, 14c with the rail 15, which is hinged to the rod 16 at 17 leading to the accompaniment button button 4. On the stand 13a of the shaft 11a, the rail 1.9 is articulated at 18, which serves to operate the accompaniment key 2 when the instrument is switched to chord playing.
This flap 2 is also, assuming the same chord playing circuit as shown in FIG. 4, through the rail 8 when the button 3 is pressed ge opens. The accompanying sound flap linkage for actuating the flap 2 consists of the linkage parts 20a and 20b which are articulated to one another at 21. The stand 22 behind the accompanying sound shaft 11a. inserted rod shaft 12a is articulated at 23 to the rail 24 and coupled to the rail 15 by the pin 14d.
All rails 15, 19, 24 and 8 are in slots of suitable walls of the instrument, for example the walls 50 and 51, as far as they enforce them, or out in any other suitable manner. Depending on the position of the rails, as can be seen from Fig. 2, several rails out in one and the same wall slot who the. The aforementioned walls 50 and 51 extend between the base part 26 provided above the instrument base 27 and the upper end wall 45.
The part 20a of the accompanying sound flap rod extends through a slot in the displaceable strip 25, which is connected to the frame parts of the instrument by guides 52. For the displacement of the bar 25, a lever mechanism 42a, 42b with handle 43, as shown in Fig. 3, or some other easy-to-use device of a known type can be provided.
When the bar 22 is displaced from right to left in the guides 52 by the part 46 of the lever 42a, 42b, the part 20a of the accompaniment key rod becomes that shown in FIG. 2 with full lines Rotated position in the left-hand position indicated by dashed lines,
so that thereby the engagement of the part 20a with the right-angled bends of the rails 19 and 8 lying behind the wall 51 is canceled and the engagement with the bent end of the rail 24 is established. Thus, the individual tone belonging to this button can be played via the rail 24 from the button 4, while the associated Ak cord tones, the flaps of which are released from the shafts 11b, 11c and the uprights 13b and 13e along with associated rails, not shown , are switched off, as well as the single tone belonging to button 4 and flap 2 from the bass tone triggered by button 3, shaft 5 and rail 8 and flap 1 is switched off.
One must imagine that rails are connected to the shafts 11b and 11c with corresponding stands in planes other than the plane of the drawing via stands, which correspond to the rail 19 and lead to assigned accompanying sound keys.
Likewise, one has to imagine that rod rails corresponding to rail 24 are connected to the additionally arranged shafts 12b and 12c, which enable the accompanying tone keys belonging to shafts 11b and 11c via accordion key rods that can be folded down with rail 25 according to the rods 20a, 20.b can be opened individually.
In this way it is possible to! The single note or broken accompaniment with the help of the chord accompaniment after changing the chord key linkage,
to play. With this switching of the chord key linkage, even when the bass key 3 is pressed, only the bass tone sounds without amplification, since only the key 1 is opened. Assuming, for example, that button 3 corresponds to the bass note C and button 4 as a single note corresponds to note C in the higher register
so when you switch the linkage part 20a to the rail 24 (Fig. 2) when you press the Knop fes 3 only the low bass tone C without the tone C higher position (second tone) sounds. Furthermore, it only sounds the second tone C when pressing button 4.
If, on the other hand, the rail 25 is pushed back again and the part 20a of the chord key linkage is switched back to the rails 8 and 19 (right-hand position according to FIG. 2), both the low bass note C and the second note C are heard when the button 3 is pressed and when pressing key 4 the C-seventh chord corresponding to the key position Fig. 4 It is exactly the same with the tones in the chord,
which belong to the shafts 11b and 11c and for which separate flaps corresponding to the flap 2 are available and also linkages which correspond to the linkages 19 and 24 allow the flaps to be closed individually via the shafts 12b and 12c after switching over the chord flap linkage to open.
The actual mechanism is on the bottom part 26, the bass key 1 and the accompanying tone key 2 on the bottom 27 angeord net to which the housing wall 28, which carries the button buttons 3 and 4, is suitably connected. On the bottom 27, the support plates 29 and 30 are also arranged for the actuated by the bass valve flap 1 vocal blocks 31, 32 and 33, which are provided in the usual union manner with the tongues 31a, 32a and 33a.
These lead through recesses 29a, 29b, 29c in the support plate 29 to corresponding recesses 27a, 27b, 27c of the base 27, which are covered by the flaps 1. In the same way, the flaps cover two openings 27d, 27e of the bottom 27, which match the openings 30a, 30b of the support plate 30 for the vocal blocks 34, 35, which are also seen in a known manner with the tongues 34a, 35a.
The tuning block 31 is for the double bass, the tuning block 32 for the bass and the tuning block 33 is used for the high octave for the bass, while the tuning block 34 is used for the low octave for the accompanying tone and the tuning block 35 for the high octave for the accompanying tone. The tuning block 31 is made shutdown by a plate 29 inserted into a recess in the support register 37.
The displacement of the register 37, which is provided in the usual manner with the recesses 37a indicated in FIG. 7, which correspond to the recesses 27a of the base 27, is effected by an arm 38a of a two-armed lever 38 which pivots about the axis 39 which is mounted on the floor 27 by means of a stand 40.
The other lever arm 38b is hinged at 41 to one arm 42a of the lever 42a, 42b, which is seen with a handle 43 and can be pivoted horizontally about the axis 44, which is attached to the housing cover 45. The other arm 42b of the lever 42 protrudes with a shoulder 46 into the bar 25 (FIGS. 1 and 6) and adjusts it simultaneously with the register 37.
The position of the button keys results from the fingering table, which is illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5 for a bass mechanism with 140 basses.
The first two rows from the top form the alternating basses for the minor and major thirds, while the third row from the top represents the keys for the basic basses. The fourth to seventh row denotes the keys for the chords, the fourth row contains the keys for the major chords, the fifth row from the top contains the keys for the minor chords, and the sixth row from the top contains the keys for the Seventh chords and the seventh row from the top contain the keys for the diminished seventh chords.
In Fig. 5, the same fingering table is shown, the keys zukom coming tones are shown after switching off the ge coupled chord mechanics and when switching on the mechanics for playing the ge broken accompaniment.
The first, second and third rows indicate the keys for the basses without high octaves, while in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh rows the individual tones that take the place of the chords are drawn.
In Fig. 5, the bass and accompaniment division for a mechanism with 96 and 72 bass keys is also indicated by limitation with dash-dotted lines. It can be seen from this that even with such a reduction in the size of the bass mechanics, the playing wisely, i.e. above all the fingering, is essentially retained.
It is therefore easily possible for the player to switch from a small to a large bass mechanic or vice versa without the need for further learning. It also shows that the entire keyboard in its division and arrangement can be retained for bass mechanics with large differences in the number of keys, which is advantageous in the cheaper production.
