Connection of butting panels made of construction material. It is known to build racks for books or the like, for example from individual guests joined together. Also if known are frames that consist of elements that can be built on in the height direction.
The subject matter of the present invention is a connection of abutting panels made of construction material, which allows racks or the like to be assembled in the simplest manner both in the height and in the width direction. For this purpose, the panels have grooves into which the legs of connecting rails designed in such a way are inserted that the panels cannot be moved relative to the rails in the direction transverse to them.
The drawing shows, for example, execution forms of corner and 'end connections according to the present invention, namely: Fig. 1 shows a stereometric image of an angular connecting rail, Fig. 2 a T-shaped connecting rail, Fig. ä a cross-shaped connecting line,
Fig. 4 is a T-shaped connecting rail of another embodiment, Fig. 5 is a lining, Fig. 6 is a complete corner connection, Fig. 7 is a corner connection with separate panels, Fig. 8 is a corner. End connection, Fig. 9 is a double -Front connection, Fig. 10 is a schematic picture of a frame built up in the height and width direction.
1 with a connecting rail with an angular cross-section is identified, at the leg ends of which, that is to say, the longitudinal edges of the round bars, 1b are seen, which prevent the panels from being moved across the rails. 2 is a T-shaped connecting rail denoted, at the leg ends of which the round bars 2a, 2b and 2c are attached.
The round bars 3a, 3b, 3e and 3a are provided on the cross-shaped connecting rail 3. Matt the round bars has the T-shaped connecting rail 4 schwalben- @schiva nzförnli @ re corner bars 4a, 41- ', 4e.
The ends of the legs of the connecting rails can be designed in any other suitable shape that prevents the named transverse movement.
The lining is denoted by 5; it is seated in the shape of a black swallow tail and has a groove 5a with an egg widening 5b that fits the round rods. 31it 6 denotes a top board; they each have an over tooth 6a, which after the clean Alaschschluss. outside and inside. An intermediate panel is labeled 7.
In the event that the frame closes in width, the standing panels 8 and 9 each have a tooth 8a respectively. 9a to get a clean finish to the outside. If the frame is further developed in width who should, the over tooth of the panels 8 and 9 is omitted. The tables are then according to pos. 10 and 11 in Fig. 6 is formed, and a cross-shaped inflation rail according to pos. 3 is used.
It is not necessary that the grooves and connecting clips run the full width of B (Fig. 10). You can only partially claim the width ss. In this case, the groove is not pierced on one side, creating a clean front view.
For particularly cheap designs, the chuck 5 could also be omitted and the rail leg, for example according to FIG. 4, could be pushed directly into the board.
It can be seen from the ion structure of the examples shown that the legs of the connecting rails are made of isosceles. Nevertheless, it could happen that isosceles connecting rails would be required.
The preferred material for the connecting rails is aluminum; but they can also be made of another suitable material.
The panels will mainly consist of wood. However, glass panels could also be used as a construction material, for example. In this case, a socket would expediently have to be provided into which, on the one hand, the glass would have to be cemented and, on the other hand, the groove for receiving the connecting rail would have to be embedded.
